Deceptive Little Parasite - S2-E15
Continuity mistake: When Chloe and Mazikeen are at the private school checking out the other parents, Chloe is alternately holding Mazikeen's hand and not holding it between shots.
The Would-Be Prince of Darkness - S1-E3
Plot hole: During the credits, Chloe said of the victim "coroner puts her time of death between 1 and 3am", and she does indeed ask Ty's obsessive fan / ex-gf where has she been during that timeframe. When she looks at the security tape, the timecode starts rolling at 22:18 and goes on "for 3 hours." That does not account for the time of the murder at all, she has no alibi for the second half of the suspected timeframe! Not to mention, she said she saw Ty kiss the victim. When could she possibly have seen that? It's unlikely that before 10pm Ty was already drunk and getting randy with the girl, with the house full of guests. (00:25:00)
Everything's Coming Up Lucifer - S2-E1
Lucifer Morningstar: Hello. My name is Lucifer Morningstar, and I love drugs! Love them. Mmm. Yummy, yummy, yummy. Can't get enough. And I've got lots of money. [Pulls out cash and sniffs it.] Mmmm! That I love spending on drugs.
Lucifer: Dearie me, these are atrocious. What self-respecting artist would actually display these?
Dan Espinoza: Dave Maddox isn't a real artist.
Lucifer: To say the least.
Dan: All of this is just a front. You see, criminals like Maddox, they use art sales to cover up money transfers. They can demand any price for a piece of art, and in return provide whatever it is their clients really want.
Lucifer: Can he provide an eye bath? I'll need one after this.
Save Lucifer - S4-E9
Question: This is a question about when Maze walks into the room when Linda is giving birth. Is this what it would look like in real life in a hospital? It looks like Linda is giving birth in her hospital room (even though the sign says birthing room, the room looks set up for guests), there's only 1 hospital staff, and Amenadiel is in his regular clothes, no sterile or protective coverings. And, ignoring the fact that Maze would go wherever she wants, wouldn't a staff member at least try to stop her from going in or try to prep her for entry? Maybe the 1 staff member was prepping her, but it seemed like they added baby crying sounds to indicate she was in the process of giving birth.
Answer: At least as far as clothing goes, I was in regular clothes when my wife gave birth, only changing into scrubs when they thought we'd have to move to an operating room (but ended up not needing to), otherwise I'd just have stayed in them. The room was also pretty much a regular hospital room, but no doubt there were some birth-specific differences I wasn't aware of!
Question: Can somebody explain to me how in Season 4, it's stated that Chloe disappeared after seeing Lucifer's devil face. Apparently the cops rushed into the shootout scene with Cain and took her away, and she hasn't seen Lucifer since. What about in season 3 episode 25 Boo Normal when she worked a case with Lucifer and Ella. Ella confided in Chloe that she sees a ghost and Chloe believed her, and she said she's seen some crazy stuff herself lately. So what's up with her vanishing when she seen him.
Answer: Boo Normal and Once Upon a Time were going to be part of season 4, then the show got cancelled (before being picked up elsewhere). As such they were added on to the end of season three as "bonus" episodes, hence the continuity being off. But not really a mistake, just a quirk of broadcasting. Boo Normal was originally going to be between the episodes "High School Poppycock" and "Infernal Guinea Pig" in season 3 before being slated for season 4, presumably because aside from the point you've raised, it was fairly flexible, continuity-wise.

Answer: As Cain theorises in a later episode, it's Chloe's love, not presence. This early on, Chloe had no strong feelings for Lucifer, so had no effect on his immortality. In fact even more recently he's back to being invulnerable around her after speculation that he chose to let himself be vulnerable. So while there's a degree of flexibility / retconning going on, it's all explained in-show.
