Other mistake: In this episode, Adam watches Die Hard for the first time. Earlier in season 2-1, he is shown wanting to watch Die Hard. Die Hard wasn't released until 1988 and the Goldbergs would have at least had 3 Hanukkahs before this episode. This is impossible considering the time frame at to be watching it at both times.

Factual error: Murray and Barry go to a Philadelphia Flyers home game. In the episode the Flyers are wearing orange jerseys. In reality the home team wore their white jerseys in the 1980's. When they watch the replay of Ron Hextall's goal on TV, you see the Flyers wearing white. (00:05:00 - 00:06:00)

Question: Who is in the footage at the end of the episode? It shows Adam's real Spanish class, but there are two boys who both look like the real Adam when he was younger in his class. One sat down answering, and one stood up asking Spanish questions. It threw me off as now I'm unsure which is Adam and who the other boy is.
