Question: I don't get it. Sheldon and Kripke are bad at sports. At the end, they are both sweating and breathing hard. But in 6-13 The Tenure Turbulence, Leonard can't last on the treadmill but this time Kripke can run on the treadmill for a long time yet one season ago, he can't run without breathing so hard. What's going on?
Answer: The simple answer would be "he must have trained and gotten fitter." If it were the other way around, fit then a season later unfit, it would be more confusing.
Answer: The two scenarios are very different. When Kripke and Sheldon are playing basketball, Kripke is not familiar with the sport, and in trying to win, uses up a lot of his energy too quickly, without preserving it properly. When Kripke is using the cross trainer, he is familiar with how to use it, and knows what the appropriate speed he should be running at, and preserves more of his energy, so in this scenario, doesn't become exhausted as easily. Plus, since he is more familiar with the cross trainer, it is likely that he has exercised before and the condition of his health has improved in between episodes.

Question: When Dr. Kogan is meeting with Marcus, she gets Marcus to sign over his body for research following his death. Later in the film, Marcus discovers that he's been turned into a cyborg. Why did she do this to him and what did she hope to accomplish from it?
Answer: Marcus was a prototype. It was to be the first to actually retain your human self within a machine, in other words your soul.

Question: When Bruce Wayne steps out of his sports car to enter the fundraiser, a lot of paparazzi start photographing Bruce Wayne then you hear a strange noise and all the photographers cameras shut off/down. Did Bruce Wayne have a gadget to cause this or was it someone else.
Chosen answer: Yes. Bruce is seen to have pressed a device similar to car alarm. It was most likely a small scale electric magnetic pulse. One designed to switch off certain devices (such as cameras). The same technology is used later during the movie when Batman re-appearances during the chase scene (the lights turn off temporarily).

Back to the Future Part III (1990)
Question: For Doc to be so worried about corrupting the timeline in this movie (especially when it comes to falling in love with Clara) he surely doesn't seem to think twice about destroying the locomotive that will no doubt have a huge effect on the timeline. I doubt there were many trains on that railroad, with that mode of transportation now gone, Hill Valley itself could be wiped out.
Answer: Doc must have reasoned that the loss of the locomotive would have a minor impact on Hill Valley, if at all. The railroad company would likely have replaced the destroyed locomotive. Obviously Doc was correct as there seems to have been no impact on Hill Valley's economy whatsoever and the train lines continue to run into the 1980's.
Answer: Corrupting time was a worry for Doc, however, he also recognized that it was at least partially unavoidable. Otherwise, Doc would never even be able to go buy food, because how would he know that the meal he ordered wasn't one that someone else was meant to choke on? Occupational hazard of time travel.
Chosen answer: In the timeline that the original Marty and Doc came from, Hill Valley exists so that town obviously survived that incident. An accident already occurred on that day in their history. They just didn't know it was them that caused it.
That is not how time travel works in these movies. In fact, the entire series revolves around the timeline being changed whenever they travel into the past. There are no stable time loops. The train was not destroyed in the original time line.
It's tough to say whether or not the train wasn't destroyed in the original timeline. Maybe by some lucky chance the train would suffer an accident similar to that anyways maybe just a bit earlier. There's really no indication either way. It's also possible they build another train or had others in service. I doubt they didn't have some backup plan in case the train was out of commission for a long period of time or destroyed.

Question: If Eric and Shelley were fighting tenant eviction, why did T-Bird and his crew show up with a list of complaints about the conditions of the building?
Answer: Top Dollar (the main villain played by Michael Wincott) sent them over there to talk them. He sorta explained at the end. He 'believed' that he owned the building. I think he said something along the lines of: "Hell, nothing in this area happens without my say so." I guess Eric and Shelly's complaints were going to attract attention with the authorities and Top Dollar did not want that.

Question: Is there any indication at all in the film as to who the Joker actually is? Batman is obviously Bruce Wayne, but are we ever given a slight indication as to who the Joker is/was before he became the Joker?
Answer: In the comic books, there was never any background on who the Joker was or where he came from. In some comic book lore, there were brief indications of his past. One, that he was an enforcer for Falcone. The other he was part of the Red Hood gang.
Exactly. Real beginnings of the Joker is that there is no origin story for him. He just appeared. In the comics, Joker says something that perhaps defines him pretty well too which is "sometimes I remember it one way, sometimes another... If I'm going to have a past, I prefer it to be multiple choice! Hahaha!"

Question: What does Locke's quote mean? 1) "One is light one is dark", 2) "Wanna know a secret?"
Chosen answer: (1) At the time, in that moment, it has no other meaning but to explain the rules of the game. BUT in reference to the overall series, it was an ongoing theme. (2) He was going to tell Walt that he thinks this island has magical powers. Perhaps he was going to tell Walt that he was in the Wheelchair before the crash.
Hmm, I figured he was about to explain to Walt that dogs have excellent hearing, and they will locate the lost pup by making that whistle.

Question: In the majority of the episodes, whenever one of Howard's friends, or he himself, knocks on his front door his mother yells out, "Is that a sex criminal" or something along those lines. Is that referencing anything in particular?
Chosen answer: I can only recall one episode where this happens more than once. Perhaps there are others episodes where this line is spoken but this does not occur enough times to be a specific reference or a regular on-going theme.

Question: How in the world did McClane manage to track Simon Gruber through an aspirin bottle? I know the North of the Border name was on it, but how would anyone know that was Gruber's CORRECT future meeting place?
Chosen answer: Simon and his crew had to get in/out the country somehow. He knew about the FBI was watching out for him. Flying was out of the question. The bottle from the pharmacy there gave him a clue on how they came in. THEN he needed to move a load of 13 (McClane drowned one) great big dump-trucks. He knows there is a large port there. John put 2 and 2 together. If they came in that way, probably was a good bet that they'd leave that way.

Question: In the scene where Lennox introduces Sam and Carly to Director Mearing, he says that Carly "Knows all about the Autobots and knows Bumblebee". Yet, just one scene prior, she looks at Bumblebee like she's never seen him before. Does she know about the Transformers or not?
Chosen answer: Sam probably told her all about the Autobots but she had probably never seen Bumblebee 'in person.' Shock and awe.

Question: There was a deleted scene with the Ingen hunters running off a cliff and hang gliding that get attacked by pteranodons. Does anyone know where I can find that scene? I've looked on YouTube and almost everywhere and I can't find it.
Chosen answer: It was never filmed. The 'deleted scene' you are referring to was actually a series of sketches to be used as pre-vis.

Question: When Adam Sandler is shooting with the nail gun, he hits Mr. Larson's head with the nail gun with the construction hat on. But in the tournament when he sees him again, the hat off but the nail is still in his head? How did he take it off without damage?
Answer: Although the premise of having the nail still in his head after so long is a little far fetched. But the hat would have been 'cut apart' to expose the nail by itself. Probably in a hospital ER.

Question: In the first appearance of Laurence Fishburne where he starts by saying, "Over here," that sounds so much like when Mac wants to remove the scorpion from Dillon in the original Predator 1. I haven't found anything though, if it should be some trivia. Can anyone tell me if it is a trivia or just me thinking that it should be?
Chosen answer: Yes it is trivia. There are many homages to the original movie in this movie. Some are subtle some are cleverly hidden. From the big mini-gun used by a certain character, the stand-and-fight challenge by another character and even covering themselves in mud will camouflage them from the Predators. So many more obvious homages.

Question: When McClane ejected from the cockpit of the military plane, why didn't Colonel Stewart and his men shoot him while he was in the air? These men deliberately crashed a commercial plane killing innocent civilians and by doing this, it's obvious that they are ruthless, so why wouldn't they try to kill their main enemy when he is at his most vulnerable? (With the weapons the soldiers had, McClane was still in range to be hit.) Can someone explain this for me?
Answer: Because the police were moments away from arriving at the scene. They needed as much time to get away without being tracked. Every moment counts. And a target rocking about a few hundred feet in the air doesn't seem to be such an "easy target".

Question: Why was John Connor jumping of the chopper into the sea, while he knew the commander of the submarine refuses to meet him? Isn't it a suicide?
Answer: Perhaps, but once the submarine captain learns that John Connor has just jumped off the helicopter, what is he supposed to do? Let John drown? John must have known the Captain would have little choice but to pick John up.

About 3 seconds before. If you look VERY closely (probably needing to pause the screen around 00:40:55 - about a minute after Billy said, "There's something in the trees"), there appears to be a transparent image of The Predator in the background above the major's (Arnold's) right shoulder. If this is meant to be The Predator, its body is curved around a tree trunk and its arms are extended toward the right of the screen (near Arnold's right ear), camouflaged as green leaves.
