Deliberate mistake: When TC is flying the stolen Loach toward the Japanese delegation, there are multiple exterior flipped shots showing the stolen helicopter backwards. There are also flipped closeups of TC while flying, note position of his helmet mic, etc. (00:34:35)

Deliberate mistake: While they're in Yuri's tent, when Bill is standing in front of the tent wall Ralph describes all the good vibes he's getting about Yuri, and then Bill exits the tent. A few shots later, after the shot of the elephant sliding off the red pedestal, there's a shot of Bill standing in front of the tent wall, despite the fact that he left the tent, and note this shot is flipped. Deliberate mistake: When Rojan asks Kelinda if she wishes to remain with Kirk, she replies that although Kirk is "most interesting" she wishes to go with him, and the next closeup of Rojan is flipped. (00:48:15)

Deliberate mistake: While Bill and Ralph are with Starlet in the motel room and the shooting starts Bill tells Ralph to go get the guys, and when Ralph changes into his suit and flies out of the window, the shot inside the bathroom is a flipped shot. Not only is Ralph's watch on the wrong wrist in this shot, but later the bathroom is shown the correct way. (00:15:15)

Deliberate mistake: When Starlet asks Ralph if he believes that stars can predict his future, Bill tells them to put a dimmer on the googoo eyes because of the killers on their tails, and the two shots facing Bill are flipped. (00:14:40)

Deliberate mistake: When Ted sees Ep's roadblock he turns the LaSalle Coupe around to avoid the sheriff, and the next wideshot of Ted and Sarah driving the LaSalle down the road is a flipped shot, note everything is backwards. (00:36:45)

Deliberate mistake: After Elizabeth goes upstairs with the pillowcases for Cindy, in the following shots there are a few long shots of Colonel Brunson's car on the road, and a couple of those shots are flipped - noticeable due to identical trees shown the opposite way. (00:03:55)

Deliberate mistake: When Zankou and the Charmed Ones force the Avatars to "put the world back" by rewinding time, in the first shot of people waking up note the Jeep in the backround. The problem is the words "Jeep Liberty" are on the spare tire cover in this shot, but in the previous episode "Extreme Makeover World Edition" that spare tire cover is all black because those words were edited out in two shots. The first shot is when that group of people fall asleep, and second shot is when they all wake up the first time. (00:35:15)

Deliberate mistake: While Beta, Leo, and the sisters are walking through the sleeping city Paige notices someone in a "bad suit" moving, and as she walks over we can see a bit of the white writing on the SUV's spare tire cover, at the left side of the screen, but when Paige declares she's not paranoid that white writing has been edited out in this shot. Deliberate mistake: During the "previously on Game of Thrones" snippets, before the opening credits sequence, there are two flipped shots of Sansa and Jaime as she tells him that she has always wanted to be there for Cersei's execution, but she won't get the chance. (00:01:45)
