Audio problem: After the Griswolds first arrive at the Oktoberfest, there is a wide shot of them walking in with the crowd with the band directly behind them. The drummer is hitting the cymbals but the sound isn't matching.

Audio problem: During dinner on Christmas Eve there is a shot of the cat chewing on Christmas lights. The sound of the cat chewing is a fraction of a second off.

Audio problem: John is on the wing of the plane, questioning why he is there. His mouth isn't moving with what he is saying.

Audio problem: The federal agents from various agencies show up and basically prevent the townspeople from killing graboids, and they're arguing with Burt about it. One of the government agents yells something, and it is loud enough to clip the audio (distortion).

Audio problem: When Ben and Elaine go on their first date, they're driving really fast in his car and talking. When each of them talks, the wind noise is evident in the audio. This means they used the original audio on scene, instead of replacing it later (known as ADR). The cuts in the audio here are very noticeable.

Audio problem: At the party when Phil is playing the piano, there are several shots of the other band members. Multiple times they are seen playing their instruments, but they are never heard. The most obvious example is right before Phil finishes up his set. The saxophone guy is playing but you never hear it.

Audio problem: When Vicki is kissing the Joker's arm near the end, the sound of her kissing is a fraction of a second off, enough to be noticeable.

Audio problem: The bad guy (Kurgan) stabs a thug and raises him in the air. During this scene the guy stabbed is making noises, including the word "what", however his mouth doesn't match up with what he is mumbling.

Audio problem: Right after the Jamaicans are massacred in the office tower, a bunch of reporters are all broadcasting from the scene. The camera moves along a row of them. Their mouths aren't in sync with what they are saying. (00:25:50)

Audio problem: When Nora is trying to tell Mark that it wasn't his fault that the boy committed suicide, her lips aren't in sync with what she is saying. (00:38:00)

Audio problem: Around half an hour into the film, some kids are listening to a tape of the radio show and a teacher takes the tape out because he doesn't like the content. As he takes the tape out, the audio ends right after the tape door opens, when it should have ended a little sooner, if it was actually coming from the tape player. (00:32:35)

Audio problem: When Carl is being beat up by Shep, Shep is shouting a whole bunch of obscenities and gibberish at Carl, but during several shots where we see his face, the audio is not matched up to what he is shouting.

Audio problem: When Noah and the rest of the gang are chasing the Chinese man, Noah is the only one on foot. He sees the Chinese man get in a cab and calls for backup. The rest of the gang arrives seconds later. As Noah gets into the SUV, the sound of the car door closing can be heard before it actually does close (and it never really does in that scene). Audio problem: When the biker shows up at the end, Holly Hunter asks Cage what he is, to which Cage replies "Do you see it too?" but his mouth is not in sync with what he is saying.

Audio problem: At the Academy Awards they show a clip for best picture for "Mother." During this clip, there is one character singing yet his/her mouth isn't moving. (01:00:30)

Audio problem: During the dancing scene at the "hip young person dance bar," there are shots of people commenting about the old people dancing. In every shot with people commenting on the older people, none of their mouths are moving to what is being said.
