Mighty Oak (2020)

Continuity mistake: The view of the restaurant and other businesses along the same street are quite different when Pedro exits the restaurant compared to a little earlier when Emma brought Oak the guitar. Store fronts are not the same, the position of a garbage can changes, the restaurant has some outdoor tables and umbrellas, and there are brick borders around the trees and garbage cans. Continuity mistake: Grandpa did not get a lot of soda/pop sprayed on his shirt or Santa hat - most went onto his face. However, the "wet area" of his shirt becomes much larger after he left the table. Not too long afterwards, the "wet spot" on his shirt looked much wetter, then soon after he falls down holding onto the ladder it's drier. Also, the white fur around his Santa hat stayed almost dry (or dry) despite being on his head when the soda/ pop (can shaken by Peter) sprayed all over Grandpa's face. (01:15:30 - 01:15:53)

Unhinged (2020)

Continuity mistake: Rachel's hair and the amount/location of loose strands of hair are quite inconsistent throughout the movie. The gas station/ convenience store scene, in particular, shows a lot of variation while inside standing by the cash register. Strands from her hair (not really bangs) go diagonally across (from right to left) her cheek and sometimes down her neck or even to her lip. Strands of hair also hang down from in front of her ear and the back of her neck (while hair is tied up in a bun). Almost every time the camera returns to Rachel, the messiness of her hair (dangling strands over her face and neck) changes. (00:28:28)

Unhinged (2020)

Continuity mistake: As Rachel approaches the gas station, the road is divided by an intermittent yellow line, but it is a solid yellow line when Rachel is getting into her car to leave. The road also varies in wetness, sometimes being quite wet but other times dry (er). A quick change from wet to dry occurs when Tom runs down the male customer who tried to help Rachel. Lean on Pete (2017)

Continuity mistake: The amount of "sweat" on Charley's T-shirt varies before/after his entrance into his house. While jogging, there is no visible sweat on his T-shirt, but there is sweat around the collar of his T-shirt when approaching the front door to his house. Once inside, Charley makes a "360" (turns completely around) at the door and his T-shirt is now wetter - around the neck and part-way down to his chest (V-shaped); his back also has a vertical oval-shaped area of wetness. As Charley approaches the refrigerator, the wetness on his back quickly disappears (the dark gray area becomes light gray like his T-shirt) and it looks obvious that it was being blow-dried (air was circulating underneath his T-shirt). Next, Charley walks to the sink, and there's a vertical line of "sweat" on his back and the wetness under his arms "grows" and becomes obvious. Real sweat makes a shirt cling to one's body, but this was not true for Charley's T-shirt. (00:03:12 - 00:04:04)

Spontaneous (2020)

Continuity mistake: Mara's hair is inconsistent during the prom - the length and tightness of curls varies a few times. Most noticeably, the sides of her hair sometimes only reach her shoulders but other times look three or four inches longer (and this is not merely due to loosening of her curls). Continuity mistake: Mara is wearing a white long sleeve jersey when in the Dalton twins' car accident and when Dylan finds her in the water washing off blood. Dylan offers her the gray sweat suit he has in his backpack, but Mara says she isn't wearing it (because they wore those clothes at the police station). When Mara stands up, she has on a dark green T-shirt with a lighter green large circular design on the front. Mara is wearing the green top when she gets to quarantine, as well as later in the movie. This is obviously Mara's top, so where did it come from after she refused to wear the gray sweat suit from Dylan's backpack? (00:33:42 - 00:35:02)

Suggested correction: After rewatching the movie, I noticed that Dylan was POSSIBLY wearing this T-shirt under his jean jacket on his first day of school; the shirts look similar, but little can be seen because it is under the jean jacket. At the same time, Dylan's backpack at the accident scene did not look full enough to contain both parts of the sweatsuit, so it is a stretch to believe the T-shirt was also inside. Moreover, Dylan told Mara that he had a crush on her for two years, so the "old" T-shirt would have just happened to be in this backpack under the sweatsuit worn at the police station. Dylan is thinner than Mara, so it is unlikely that his T-shirt would fit her. When I rewatched the movie, I noticed that the T-shirt in question looked navy blue when Dylan had it on but green when Mara was wearing it.

Bully (2001)

Continuity mistake: Bobby's hair changes a few times/ways when he is showing Derek the video he made. Lengthwise, his hair on the back of his head doesn't always reach the collar of his shirt. Front shots show Bobby's hair is curled upward and dishevelled. Rear views show neatly (or neater) combed hair that is curled under. The back view also doesn't look like Nick Stahl's thin head or hair; the head is more rounded and the hair is thicker (and neater), suggesting back views are of a stand-in. (00:20:21 - 00:20:42)

Death of Me (2020)

Continuity mistake: The amount of dirt on Neil's face is inconsistent. When he is lying on his stomach, there appears to be a line of dirt along his jaw line. A little later, he has three lines of dirt on his cheek - like someone used a dirty finger to smear dirt vertically halfway down his cheek, then make a diagonal line of dirt partially overlapping, followed by an almost horizontal line across the bottom of his cheek. Also, the sunburned forehead, face, shoulders, and "V-neck" that Neil has before he gets up is largely gone thereafter. (00:04:32)

Death of Me (2020)

Continuity mistake: The amount and location of dirt on Christine's face is inconsistent, ranging from being very thick and obvious to barely visible, if at all. Sometimes it extends down her neck on the right side. When her hair covers most of her face, no dirt is visible - until she turns her head and the hair is away from her face. The intensity and location of the redness on her neck also varies. (00:03:31 - 00:04:48)

Suggested correction: After watching the movie on a larger screen, it appears Lucas may have left his "B+" report on his desk in the classroom - a black cover page can be seen vertical to his desk and behind the seat in front. This means that Mr. Butler had the opportunity to take the report home again. [00:26:33].

Continuity mistake: Mr. Butler parks his car close and parallel to his house. The night/morning Lucas slashed his tire, the car was parked away from and perpendicular to the house. It is worth mentioning that instead of Lucas going on the passenger side of the car where he would be hidden between the car and the hedges, he slashed the tire out in the open where he would have been more likely to be seen and caught. Birds of Prey (2020)

Continuity mistake: The egg sandwich was not sliced, but when Harley opens one end of the wrapper, it has been sliced (with the sliced edge facing outward). When the sandwich flies in the air and lands on the street, there are four pieces of roll, which indicates it was sliced. However, when sandwiches are sliced in half, the half is not turned around like it was when Harley first opened the wrapper and was about to take a bite. (00:13:08 - 00:15:46)

Unhinged (2020)

Continuity mistake: Before Tom exits his truck to break into the house (ex-wife's or her new boyfriend's), he has what appears to be a smartphone (or other flat rectangular object) in his shirt's left pocket but it is not in his pocket when he exits the house. (It is not likely that he took time during the bludgeonings to remove the object from his pocket and leave it behind at a double-homicide scene and the victims were not able to fight back and knock it out of his pocket). Continuity mistake: A front view of the house showed there were no lights on before Tom broke inside. After Tom whacks his wife's new boyfriend and then is heard off-screen killing his wife, there are still no lights on in the downstairs room to the left of the screen. Tom comes back into view by the front door and pours gasoline around the room to the right of the screen and sets it on fire. When Tom comes out of the house, the light is on in the room to the left of the screen. (00:03:27)

Unhinged (2020)

Continuity mistake: A few minutes after 4:00 AM, Tom whacks the front door with a hatchet / tomahawk - almost instantly an upstairs light is turned on, and by the time it takes for Tom to take a couple steps into the house, the boyfriend and ex-wife are just feet away from Tom. The two people inside the house somehow managed to instantly wake up from the bang on the door plus travel half-way across the house and go from upstairs to downstairs without using the "vertical" staircase! The distance they covered in such a short amount of time (a few seconds?) was absurd. (00:00:47 - 00:01:36)
