The Mammoth Hunters

Corrected entry: When Deegie asks Ayla how to say "I love you" in Clan language, Ayla tells her that the Clan do not say it out loud. Instead they show their love by doing someone favours, etc. Yet in "The Clan of the Cave Bear" Ayla frequently says "I love you", mainly to Creb.

Correction: As Ayla explains to Deegie during that same conversation, there are ways for a child and a parent to tell each other that they love one another ("You fill my heart with joy" and so on), but there isn't a way for a man and a woman to say that they love each other or that they are in love. Ayla loved Creb like a father, so she used the child-parent-expressions for love when she talked to him, but Deegie asked if there was a way to tell her future husband that she loved him, which there isn't.

Mamma Mia! (2008)

Corrected entry: When Donna is talking to her best friends in her bedroom, you can see a crew member reflected on the bathroom glass window.

dell

Correction: I've just watched through the scenes where Donna and her friends are in the bedroom, and I didn't see any crewmembers' reflections. Please be more specific as to when this occurs (which scene, which line etc.).

Corrected entry: The pants shown in the beginning of the movie are different than those shown at the end of the first movie.

Correction: As explained by one of the characters, two years have passed and they have put more decorations on the pants as time has gone by. There are now many decorations on them, making them look different from the first movie.

Corrected entry: While brother Salim owned a Colt, and indeed the Colt was the first revolver invented, at no time in the story was this detail ever given to Jamal, who answered this questions correctly on the game show. A scene must have been cut which would explain Jamal's first-hand knowledge of who invented the first revolver.

Correction: He heard his brother refer to a gun as a colt, and answered "Colt" based on that. He couldn't know it was the right answer, he got lucky.

Mamma Mia! (2008)

Corrected entry: In the early scenes, where the invitations are posted, the mail box is a French one - but the film is set in Greece.

Correction: It's just a plain yellow mail box, they exist anywhere. None of this movie was shot in France, anyway, all the scenes were either shot in a studio in London or in Greece.

The River Wild (1994)

Corrected entry: If you consider how fast the river is and how high and impassable the rocks on both sides of the river are, it is obvious that it was absolutely impossible for Tom to overtake the raft and arrive at the gauntlet well in time to set up the sophisicated trap with which he finally flips over the raft.

NancyFelix

Correction: We are shown that the four people in the raft took breaks (slept, ate etc.)and also how they weren't going at a fast speed all of the time but simply drifted sometimes, however Tom, driven by the motivation to save his son's and wife's life would have made his way down the river without breaks.

The River Wild (1994)

Corrected entry: After the encounter with Gail's old Buddy, Ranger Johnny, Johnny paddles off without noticing the situation Gail and her family is in. Terry starts yelling and beating up Tom for drawing a SOS sign in the sand when Johnny still is not even around the next bend and still well within hearing distance. (00:58:20)

NancyFelix

Correction: Terry is not a very smart guy so this is a character mistake. Johnny might well have heard them fighting, but chose not to come back, which he could have done for many reasons (not wanting to meddle, not bothering to turn the kajak around, etc).

The River Wild (1994)

Corrected entry: It's strange that only Gail and Rourke see Tom's smoke signals but not Wade and Terry, even if the latter are somewhat distracted by the river wild. (01:19:55)

NancyFelix

Correction: Roarke was lying on his back in the bottom of the boat having nothing to do while the others were paddling, so it's not so strange that he noticed the signals. He then alerted his mother, but of course not the other two.

Mamma Mia! (2008)

Corrected entry: When Sophie is singing 'Honey Honey' in her bedroom, Ali and Lisa are singing with her - at first. But then Sophie goes to the balcony and Ali and Lisa are gone. (00:07:45)

Correction: You see them slip behind the walls on each side of Sophie, it's not like they magically dissappear into thin air. Not very likely behaviour to suddenly hide like that, maybe, but definitely not a mistake.

Gilmore Girls (2000)

I Get a Sidekick Out of You - S6-E19

Corrected entry: At Lane's bachelorette party, Kyon shows up double-dressed with an Avril Lavigne shirt, and Lane says, "My whole family is crazy!" But Kyon is not part of her family; she is an exchange student.

Correction: Kyon feels like family to her, she lived in the Kim house and Lane helped her adjust to their lifestyle.

Shrink Wrap - S4-E25

Corrected entry: When Carrie and the psychiatrist are at the birthday party in her flashback, she says that the cake he is eating is "like forty-two years old". If this flashback took place forty-two years ago and the young Carrie at the party appears to be around eight or nine, then adult Carrie would have to be at least fifty years old.

Correction: I saw this episode again recently, and I thought I heard her say "like twenty-two years old." Which would be accurate for her current age, early to mid-thirties.

Correction: She's exaggerating, she just means that the cake is very old.
