Continuity mistake: Sgt. Carter and two buddies are drinking beer in mugs. The "Dragon Lady" flips a man - he hits the table and knocks over a beer bottle and a beer mug on to the floor. When Sgt. Carter and his buddies go back to sit at the table all three beer bottles and mugs with beer are back on the table. (00:06:00 - 00:07:00)

Continuity mistake: Hazel gets a glass to pour some milk. Hazel picks up the milk bottle in her left hand and begins to fill the glass from the left. In the next shot the glass is empty and a hand is shown pouring the milk into the glass from the right. (00:02:00)

Continuity mistake: While having brunch, Funkhouser's girlfriend's plate rotates while she puts ketchup on her potatoes. The potatoes are on the right side of the plate, then in the next shot the fruit is on the right side of the plate. (00:09:00)

Continuity mistake: Van on the Blue Team is asked to leave Hell's Kitchen by Chef Ramsey and is shown walking out. Soon after, when the Red team is nominating team members for elimination, the camera shows Nick on the Blue team and Van's Head is in the shot. Continuity mistake: Chief Boden is in his dress uniform and his award ribbons above his right pocket are hanging down. There is an emergency and he orders the firefighters to mount up to depart the firehouse. They all leave in a hurry, and when Chief Boden arrives on the scene his ribbons are no longer hanging from his jacket, but intact and straight above his right pocket. (00:41:00 - 00:43:00)

Continuity mistake: Casey and Kelly are on the roof smoking cigars when a man runs up carrying his daughter yelling for help. Both Casey and Kelly put down their cigars and are next seen sliding down a ladder with black gloves on. They were not smoking cigars wearing gloves, and wouldn't have time to put them on to get off the roof as fast as they did. (00:21:00)

Continuity mistake: Before the crash Hanks is shown relaxing with his shoes off and in his socks. Once the aircraft crashes and he is escaping the aircraft holding onto the raft he swims to the surface in his bare feet. (00:07:20)

Continuity mistake: LeBeau and Newkirk are on a building roof and the Nazi flag is blowing in the wind with great force. In the next shot a guard tower is shown with a Nazi flag that's hanging straight down and not blowing at all. (00:01:00)

Continuity mistake: When the US Secret Service agents take the Spanish Police agent into custody before the explosion, the agent takes the Spanish Police agent's police badge off his belt and hands it to another US Secret Service agent. After the explosion the Spanish Police agent is seen running away from scene and his police badge is shown back on his belt. (00:27:00 - 00:30:00)

Continuity mistake: When Dawson and the police detective are knocking the door of a suspect a neighbor is coming out to sidewalk and the snow is piled high along the sidewalk and parked cars. Continuity mistake: Max and 99 are sitting on the sofa. There is a knock at the door and Max fires 3 bullets into the door from a gun. Later, the same day the door is shown behind Max and 99 and there no gunshot holes in the door. Also, 99 changed her clothes and Max still has on the same clothes. (00:09:00 - 00:19:00)

Continuity mistake: Officer Jay Halstead shoots a suspect and jumps in to render first-aid. As he goes to render aid he tosses his police handheld radio. Shortly after, his partner calls him on the radio - he answers the call immediately and the radio is in his hand. He doesn't appear to reach for it and if he was rendering aid to gunshot victim he would need both hands. (00:19:00)

Continuity mistake: During the street scenes it appears to be fall with leaves on the ground, grass green and streets and sidewalks dry. However, when police raid the park worker's house there is snow on the house roof and on the ground. When the police stake out the same house, there is no snow on the house roof or ground. Continuity mistake: Stephanie McCord picks up Mr. Hobbs at Washington National Airport. When she greets him they are outside the terminal, a lady in dark clothes with a white scarf pulling a suitcase walks by as they stop and talk. After Stephanie puts Mr. Hobbs' suitcase in the trunk, the same lady is seen walking past again in the same direction. (00:01:00)

Continuity mistake: When Bond shoots Mr. White in the leg at the end of the movie, Mr. White is standing on the side of his car between a large bush, a bench and a ground light. After he is shot and is crawling away, the car isn't in view. Based on where he was standing and shot the car should still be visible while he is crawling. (02:25:00)
