Although Kevin is hiding his identity from her, he participated in the daylight search of her art studio looking for the murder weapon. How was Celeste not present during the search of her studio or not aware of the search happening without Kevin being revealed as a police officer? (00:54:04)

Factual error: S3/E6: You Never Know Who's Who - Lindsey is searching a dark house with her weapon and flashlight. Her hands are in the wrong position. Her hand with the weapon should be above her hand with the flashlight, because if she fires her weapon the slide will hit her hand with the flashlight and jam or injure her hand. (00:04:48)

Factual error: Kevin sleeps overnight at woman's apartment. He doesn't share that he's a cop. The next morning in his unmarked police vehicle he uses his handheld radio that was appeared to be stored in the console and shows up on a violent scene with his weapon. It's obvious that Kevin used his official vehicle for personal reasons, and stored his radio and weapon in the vehicle unprotected overnight, which every police officer knows is wrong and a violation. Character mistake: Before Kevin Atwater and Doyle fight they both put their badges and guns down on a barrel. After Atwater beats up Doyle, he retrieves Doyle's gun and holds it to Doyle's head and drops it to the ground. Atwater walks away, but he never retrieved his own badge and gun before walking away. The gun and badge are on the barrel, and he does not return to retrieve them. (00:58:37 - 00:59:32)

Stupidity: During a raid of a Latin stash house, Hailey and Kim find two girls with a pistol. In Spanish, they say no bullets. Kim interprets what the girls say and Hailey replies, l didn't know you spoke Spanish. Makes no sense that a partner on an elite police unit in Chicago would not know a member of the team speaks Spanish. (00:14:58)

Continuity mistake: Officer Jay Halstead shoots a suspect and jumps in to render first-aid. As he goes to render aid he tosses his police handheld radio. Shortly after, his partner calls him on the radio - he answers the call immediately and the radio is in his hand. He doesn't appear to reach for it and if he was rendering aid to gunshot victim he would need both hands. (00:19:00)

Continuity mistake: During the street scenes it appears to be fall with leaves on the ground, grass green and streets and sidewalks dry. However, when police raid the park worker's house there is snow on the house roof and on the ground. When the police stake out the same house, there is no snow on the house roof or ground.
