Dracula (1992)

Dracula mistake picture

Continuity mistake: When Mina receives the letter after Jonathan escapes, she's holding it in her hands as she begins to climb the stairs, but in the next shot, her hands are empty, best seen when Van Helsing holds her hands. (01:10:00)

Suggested correction: Mina is in two different sets. The first she is in front of a gate. Of course, she has plenty of time to put the letters away.

I have checked the scene and you are absolutely right - Mina is indeed standing at the gate in the first shot, which gives her enough time to put the letters away before walking up the stairs to see Lucy in the second shot. Sorry, my bad.

Dracula (1992)

Corrected entry: When Dracula helps Jonathan shave, he first asks Jonathan for the letters that he requested to be written. In the initial shot, he's holding the letters but in the next he is not. (00:27:41)

Correction: If you watch his hands at the end of the first shot, after he replies, "Good", you can see him open his robe and stick the letters inside them.

Corrected entry: Harry learns the owner of the diary from the writing on the back and it 'introducing itself'. It's plausible that the name doesn't alarm him; he grew up in the Muggle world. It does imply however, that since learning of Voldemort in his first year, he has not attempted to find out Voldemort's real name/identity. Similarly, Ginny engaged with it, even though she grew up in the Wizarding world and presumably would know the name. Or she never looked at the back or 'introduced herself' to the book.

Correction: Voldemort's real name is not common knowledge in the wizarding world. Even saying the name "Voldemort" is taboo among wizardkind so it is hardly surprising that they didn't spend much time looking for his identity. As Dumbledore explains in chapter eighteen of the novel: "Very few people know that Lord Voldemort was once called Tom Riddle. I taught him myself, fifty years ago, at Hogwarts. He disappeared after leaving the school... traveled far and wide... sank so deeply into the Dark Arts, consorted with the very worst of our kind, underwent so many dangerous, magical transformations, that when he resurfaced as Lord Voldemort, he was barely recognizable. Hardly anyone connected Lord Voldemort with the clever, handsome boy who was once Head Boy here."

Dracula (1992)

Corrected entry: When Lucy is walking through the garden maze at night, her reddish-orange gown reaches her feet, but after the wind sweeps by her legs, the gown is knee length. When Mina leads her back to the house, it goes back to its original length. (00:39:50)

Kylantha

Correction: After Lucy's gown is blown up in the wind, the skirt section of the dress slowly sinks down again and for a few seconds it looks like her dress is knee-length; however, at the end of the shot, the entire skirt has moved back into place and you can tell that the dress still reaches her feet.

Kylantha

Correction: The dress that Eiko Ishioka has designed for this shot consists of a corset that reaches up until the bases of thighs and the rest of the dress is made of pieces of very thin fabric. And that's why when the wind blew the dress swooshed of her legs. Here's the picture that shows how the dress was built. http://www.thehunchblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/10/oc-lucy.jpg.

Once Upon a Time (2011)

Broken - S2-E1

Corrected entry: When Snow White, Prince Charming, Emma and Regina are in the sheriff's station right after Regina was attacked by the soul sucker, Charming states that Regina is the only one with a problem. Snow White calls him "David" in disbelief that he'd let her just be killed, though at this time he is no longer David, but James. (00:28:30)

Correction: No, Snow White is actually calling Prince Charming by his real name. As explained in 2-13 "Tiny", Prince Charming's real name is David, the same as his Storybrooke counterpart during the dark curse. As seen in 1-6 "The Shepherd", James was the name of Charming's twin brother, who was adopted by King George. After Prince James died, Charming was forced to take his place, and therefore adopted his twin brother's name. Also, it is worth noticing that even after the curse is broken, Snow White and Prince Charming often refer to themselves, and each other, by their cursed names. It is a way of showing their real and alternate personas coming together.

Skin Deep - S1-E12

Corrected entry: In this episode The Evil Queen tells Belle that true love's kiss could break the Dark One's curse. Since arriving at Storybrooke Belle and Mr. Gold have kissed many times, and yet the curse is still not broken.

Correction: In 5-02 "The Price", the Darkness itself explains to Emma that true love's kiss will not break the Dark One's curse if the Dark One does not want to give up the power. In this episode, Belle also explains to Hook, that the true love's kiss that she and Rumplestiltskin (Mr. Gold) shared in "Skin Deep" worked at first, but Rumple got scared of a life without power and chose power over love, and the Darkness regained it's power over him forever. As she puts it: "It is no longer a curse when the afflicted wants it."

White Out - S4-E2

Corrected entry: When Anna arrives at Prince Charming's door, she asks if his name is David and he confirms. David is his post-curse name. At that time, he would have gone by James. (00:01:30)

Correction: As explained in 2-13 "Tiny", Prince Charming's real name is David, the same as his Storybrooke counterpart during Regina's curse. As seen in 1-6 "The Shepherd", James is the name of Charming's twin brother, who was adopted by King George. After Prince James died, Charming was forced to take his place, and therefore adopted the name James.

The Doctor - S2-E5

Corrected entry: When the group is approaching the camp at the beginning of the episode, Snow says "All true. Just leave the particulars to us." Even though she is several meters away from the camera, you can see that her lips are not moving. (00:00:35)

Kylantha

Correction: If you listen closely, you can hear that it's actually Emma who says this, not Snow.

Dracula (1992)

Corrected entry: In the party scene where Lucy is receiving her guests the 'cowboy' character leaves his hat on the sofa, where it is sat on. A moment later he is holding it in his hand and it is in perfect shape. (00:22:25)

Correction: This is incorrect. After Dr. Seward sits on Quincey's hat, he gives the hat to Quincey in the same shot. The hat is not seen again for the rest of the scene.

Corrected entry: During the meal in Anakin's home, Jar Jar snatches a fruit with his tongue, but in the next shot the fruit is not attached to his tongue any longer (easier to see frame by frame), even though we see him swallow it. (00:39:30)

Correction: If you look more closely, or play it in slow motion, you can see that he doesn't manage to take the piece of fruit and that it stays in the bowl. When he swallows, he actually gulps in embarrassment.

Kylantha

Corrected entry: When Lestat bites Jessie, supposedly killing her, we see the strap of her bra slide down her upper arm as she falls back in his embrace. He then lays her on her back, supposedly dead, and it is - ahem - quite obvious that she is not wearing a bra.

Correction: If you look at the left side of her chest, you can see her white bra through her dress.
