Corrected entry: When the two kids are making out on the bed, right before the girl gets up, there is no phone at the top of the screen. But right after the guy says that he has to call home, he walks right over and uses one.

Corrected entry: During "Hey Jude," when the drunken man is beating the drums, he falls down at the end and drinks from the bottle - but he falls twice. Once when Jude is in front of him and a second time when Jude is walking away from the man with the kids.
Correction: Falling twice isn't a mistake. It's inline with what an inebriated person would do. He just got up "off camera" then fell again. They just didn't show on camera him getting back up. Also, the characters have advanced between shots, so it's not the same shot from different angles.

Spy Kids 3-D: Game Over (2003)
Corrected entry: When Juni is in the big race and it towards the end of the race the girl in the purple comes back in a huge car. Well when they show the close of her and the car you can see her lips move and you hear nothing come out.
Correction: This appears to be more a directorial decision rather than a mistake, it is common for speech that is not required in a fast paced action scene (also from a character that is yet to be revealed as one encountered earlier) to be left out for dramatic and suspenseful purposes, take The Matrix Reloaded freeway scene as an example with no sound coming from the other drivers even when the camera is positioned within their car.

Corrected entry: At the beginning of the episode when Dwight brings in the dead goose, they have a shot of Ryan who has candy in his mouth, but the camera cuts to Dwight, then back to Ryan, and the candy is gone.
Correction: It is possible that Ryan just swallowed the candy in those moments offscreen.

Corrected entry: When Seth is talking to Jewles about the booze, Seth keeps pushing his bag up towards his arm. But he does it once when the camera is facing him and does the same thing when the camera is facing Jewles towards the end of the talk.
Correction: That statement is completely true, although there's no mistake at all. He adjusts it frequently. Just because he "did it again" doesn't make it a mistake.

Correction: This is not true; I have watched episodes in which she is not featured.

Corrected entry: In the episode "CSI;Reno," when they are doing the fake PSA, one of the officers says, "Idowa is only 14." But you can see the card and it says that Idowa is 18.
Correction: Given how ridiculous these PSA's are supposed to be, it is very possible that the mismatch is intentional and done to make them look even more incompetent.

Corrected entry: At the beginning of the episode they show a shot of Angela talking to Kevin by Stanley's desk. But then the scene cuts to Pam answering the phone near Jim, and Angela is suddenly at her desk. There is no way in that amount of time Angela could walk over to her desk.
Correction: Most TV shows don't run in real time, we don't know how much later the phone call takes place, Angela had plenty of time to walk to her desk.

Final Destination 3 (2006)
Corrected entry: When playing "Choose your Fate" and pick Wendy to take another look, Wendy and Kevin just walk straight into the locker room. Lewis says, "What the F*** are you doing here?" then the weights fall. The swords that cut the wire holding the weights are still upright when they should have fallen to cut the wire.
Correction: The picture only gives clues as to how the characters are going to die. Although the swords were in the picture, the actual clue was the weight Lewis smashed that looked like it was going onto his head. As this is what happens on Choose Your Fate, there is no mistake.

Corrected entry: Right after Troy and Chad are caddies for the Evan's family, in the kitchen Chad puts his feet in a bucket into which a girl pours a lot of ice. When Mr. Fulton comes and tells them that this isn't a spa all of the ice is gone.
Correction: If you look close,you can see that there is still ice in the bucket.

Corrected entry: The Chinese boy states that sun light will kill them instantly. So why don't the two gremlins die in the biology lab, when the sun light hits them through the blinds?
Correction: It is stated that BRIGHT light kills them. Sunlight through the blinds, does not affect them as much, because it is not as bright as full light, and they are moving, so constantly the spots of light on their skin change positions.

Corrected entry: When Violet is going to her show in New york with her father by the toll booths and they make the second U turn and the father says "Give another 123" he puts his arm out of the car and fake honks twice.
Correction: I don't see how this is a mistake, especially the way it's worded. What is the mistake in this scene?

Corrected entry: When Julie is getting dragged around by the rope by horse it jumps over a spike thing.Well, if it jumps over the spike thing how can the rope suddenly go under it?
Correction: I've just rewatched that scene, and the rope does not go under the wheeled spike thing. The rope goes over and rests on the axle.

Resident Evil: Extinction (2007)
Corrected entry: Towards the end before Alice goes in the Umbrella Corp, and the convoy that is left goes into the helicopter they are going to try and go to Alaska. There is no way the a helicopter that is in Las Vegas could make to Alaska in a helicopter, even with a full tank of fuel they could even come close to making it there. If the convoy couldn't find regular gas where do they think they will find helicopter fuel?
Correction: The convoy couldn't find gas in the small desert towns they tried; the helicopter gives them a wider range and allows them to find previously inaccessible places. As for the type of fuel, even if this helicopter doesn't use regular gas, there are plenty of airfields between Las Vegas and Alaska where they could potentially fuel up.

Correction: The phone was there the entire scene. It was sitting behind the bed in clear view on the nightstand. Stacy even turned in the direction of her phone when asking if Mark wanted to make the call (to his sister).
