Plot hole: Once Time Trapper has been stopped by Dawnstar and the time vortex in the sky stops sucking things up, everything in the air just hovers unmoving completely. Except for the people. Somehow Batman and Robin and Superman are able to move around just fine in the same time and gravity frozen place, Robin even jumps from hovering rock to rock without them moving. In fact, as soon as the sucking stops, the tree that Karate Kid is hanging onto stops moving and does not fall, but gravity somehow instantly affects Karate Kid and he almost falls off the tree and has to catch on again. It makes no sense at all for the objects to be affected and stand still and the heroes to not be.

Men in Black 3 (2012)
Plot hole: At the ball park stadium, K, J, and Griffin are high up in the bleachers watching a future window of the Mets game. Boris suddenly drives by on a motorcycle up in the stands and grabs Griffin, then plows through the railing on the side of the stadium and falls down below, crushing K's car. He then speeds off instantly out of the parking lot with Griffin. Then suddenly, somehow, J and K are running out into the parking lot close to their car quickly enough to be watching Boris speed away from the parking lot on the road. There is absolutely no way K and J could have made it out of the stadium and out into the parking lot in just a couple of seconds like that. (01:09:05)

Men in Black 3 (2012)
Plot hole: Lunar-Max prison is obviously part of MiB, them creating it for the purpose of holding Boris the Animal, and other criminals of worth as well. A high tech prison built on the moon with cutting edge technology and armed guards out the boot. Boris trashes the place, sounding all kinds of alarms and busting out, even blowing a sizable hole in the side of one of the complexes. He then jacks a ship off the moon's surface and crashes it back down to Earth. MiB doesn't know about it until almost a full day later when they realise the ship they found was from the moon, and Boris had escaped. It makes no sense that it took them that long to find out the information. A maximum prison, especially one to contain aliens on the moon, would be in contact with MiB. And any alarm that goes off there, especially for a break out of a high danger prisoner such as Boris the Animal, would have sent an alert to MiB headquarters right off if there was any logic to their system at all. There is only about a 1.5 second delay for a message traveling at light speed to reach Earth from the moon due to its distance. So within seconds of Boris busting out, MiB should have already been mobilizing to track where he would be going and intercept. There's no way, that logically, Boris could have escaped, made it back to Earth, and been there for nigh a day without MiB knowing about it and having their agents already tracking him down. (00:03:55 - 00:14:25)
Suggested correction: Boris made his escape and trip to Earth in a matter of minutes, of course MIB were tracking him in that time, it's just not shown on screen.

Fantastic 4
Plot hole: Brooklyn Mission 2: After Reed and Sue confront Ben, he smashes down a fence and takes off. Only on the other side of the fence are 3 members of the Yancy Street Gang. The fence even hits these three guys and Ben runs between them. Yet, despite the fact in the previous mission, Ben took out many of their fellow gang members, including their leader, they act like they don't even see Ben. They ignore him completely as he hits them with the fence and plows between then. And then they charge at Reed and Sue to attack, and they have never even seen Reed or Sue before, nor has any of their gang.

Mud (2012)
Plot hole: Just after Ellis tells Mud about Carver beating up on Juniper, he gets mad and punches the ground and then they start gathering up the stuff Ellis and Neck brought to take it to Mud's boat. They are right on the shore of the river and can see in most directions. Two people are sitting in boats out on the river, just watching Mud and the kids. Very much in visible range and they stand out, one of them even wearing a red shirt. Yet Mud, despite being on the run from cops and bounty hunters, never even notices the two very obvious boats out in the water. If he's running for his life from that type of people, he would have an eye out for them. Not even Ellis and Neck notice them and they just came on the river, and one is Neck's Uncle Galen. Justice League: The Flashpoint Paradox (2013)
Plot hole: After Reverse Flash saves Lois Lane and kills all the Amazons that were attacking her, he disappears, just before a group of resistance fighters shows up. They know that they didn't take out any of the Amazons, it's obvious that Lois didn't kill them, yet the resistance members show no concern as to who was responsible. The war involves three separate groups, the resistance, the Amazons and the Atlanteans, each of whom is equally hostile to the other two. As such, the resistance cannot assume that whoever killed the Amazons must be an ally and let their guard down, as it could easily have been an Atlantean force, who would make no distinction between the Amazons and the resistance and would attack them on sight. An experienced resistance team would not be so casual about the situation. (00:40:50)

Super Mario Sunshine
Plot hole: Mario is arrested in the beginning of the game after Shadow Mario frames him for the evil paint. But before he is taken into custody, he gets his Super Water back pack called F.L.U.D.D. It is a high pressure water apparatus and a potential weapon. Yet at Mario's trial, and when he's in jail, he still has F.L.U.D.D on his back. The authorities would have taken such a device from him in this situation. Even in a fantasy world such as this, it does not make sense for them to let him keep the artificially intelligent water cannon with him during his trial, much less in jail.

Batman: The Brave and the Bold (2008)
The Scorn of the Star Sapphire! - S3-E5
Plot hole: Van Gunther has the two rockets aimed at the Geneva Convention. They launch with Steve attached to one of them. Wonder Woman chases in her invisible jet and shoots down the other rocket. She then gets out and uses her crown like a boomerang to break the chains holding Steve to the second rocket and rescues him off it. She or her crown never touch the rocket, but it crashes into a mountain. She did nothing to it to disrupt its course towards the Geneva Arms Conference. There was nothing to make it crash or hit prematurely, and the sudden weight change of Steve falling off would not have been enough to cause it. (00:02:55)

However, they didn't have the plan to switch up nemeses until after they had their butts handed to them and retreated back to the Lex's lair. They never had the chance to put any tracers on the heroes, nor did they even have the idea to beforehand. (00:14:15)

Plot hole: At the Amazonian contest, the stadium is full packed with people spectating the event. When Joker attacks their queen and Wonder Woman, they do nothing. Plot hole: After Superman thwarts Lex's plan and knocks the Kryptonite into the sewers, Lex yells in frustration, splits his power suit off and flies away on a jet pack. Superman just lets him go. Mater and the Ghostlight (2006)
Plot hole: Mater tells McQueen he moved and looked like he just saw the Ghostlight. Sheriff gets on to Mater for talking about the Ghostlight and then their whole plan falls into place to trick and scare Mater with the blue lantern. Only there's no way they would have known that Mater would have mentioned the Ghostlight after that. McQueen didn't know about it, supposedly. And he had been scared by Mater and had been there enough that he would have known if Mater had mentioned it before, and Mater would have known he told McQueen. (00:01:55)

Nailbiter (2013)
Plot hole: When the mom spots the tornado behind them down the street, she brings the car to a screeching halt on the side of the road and orders the sisters to get out. They then take off on foot down a long driveway to get to a stranger's house. This is an illogical decision. If wanting to hurry to escape the tornado, why stop at the driveway and take off on foot? They would have reached the house much much quicker by driving down the driveway to the house. (00:14:55)

Hansel & Gretel (2013)
Plot hole: After Lilith kills Officer Jerry, the Sheriff goes to her bakery and finds a large blood trail leading right to him where she stashed Jerry's body. If she was going to go through the trouble to try and move and hide the body, she would have cleaned up the blood trail too, or moving the body out of site was completely pointless. (01:07:30)

Hansel & Gretel (2013)
Plot hole: The room that the teens are kept in while being fattened up is locked up by a single, wooden, thin door with a conventional doorknob as the only lock. That door is way too flimsy to hold them. Two strong teenage boys with two girls there as well could have easily broken the door down with little effort and escaped.

Hansel & Gretel Get Baked (2013)
Plot hole: When Gretel is going through the weed maze the first time to find one of Carlos' goons in the cage, Agnes' dog is gone. But just earlier, she told her dog to stay there right by the cage, and the dog did so, and did not leave the garden. Yet Gretel is there and the dog is not seen, nor does it show up or attack her, despite all the loud noise, leaving a trail of Skittles, and the whistling. It does not make any sense that the dog would have vanished and not attacked Gretel. The writing even missed out on a good action scene there.

The Legend of Zelda (1989)
Plot hole: Link goes after Ganon to save the King and winds up hanging on the tail of his Unicorn Pegasus in the air. Zelda was in her room in a high tower when Link used the diving board to get out to an even higher tower. Ganon blasts Link off his horse, and Link begins falling to certain doom towards the castle grounds. But miraculously, Zelda is there with a hay cart and saves him. She was all the way up in her tower and Link wasn't even out of the room for 2 full minutes. Yet somehow she was able to make it all the way down to the castle grounds, grab a hay cart, and be in just the right spot to catch Link. (00:04:50)
