Audio problem: As Ian is leading Wanda to his room, he asks her what it is like to have both her and Melanie in her head. She responds saying "It's crowded." The camera angle changes to show their faces before she finishes the word "crowded", and her lips are not moving. (01:06:20)

World War Z (2013)

Audio problem: While Gerry is talking to the C.I.A. Agent, a side view of the agent's face is seen as he says "That's the man in Jerusalem you want to see." The movements of his mouth and cheek does not appear to match up to what he is saying at all. (00:43:55)

Blade Runner (1982)

Audio problem: There is a part in the original version's audio that was changed for the Director's Cut. When Bryant tells Deckard that there are "5 Skin-jobs" walking the streets. It was changed to "4 skin-jobs." However, the change can be heard, the sound of Bryant's voice is noticeably different in the new dubbed line than in any other point during him speaking. The change is jarring and very noticeable. It almost sounds like a totally different person saying the line. This has been fixed in the final cut but exists in all other versions. (00:12:05)

Parker (2013)

Audio problem: After Parker wakes up in the hospital after being shot, he subdues an orderly while an old man using a voice box watches. The old man begs Parker not to hurt him. As he is saying "Please don't hurt me. Please" the camera is from behind him to the side at an angle. His jaw is not moving in the shot even though we hear him talking. He may be using the voice box thing, but as shown in other shots, he still has to move his mouth and jaw to speak. (00:22:55)

Sing for the Unicorn - S1-E5

Audio problem: Right in the beginning, King Harkinian is walking about at night on the wall of his castle. He comments about the night air and how there is nothing like a good meal. During the last half of that, the shot changes to a side view as he walks to the edge and stops. His lips are not moving until he stops and you can see them move when he says the word Meal. (00:01:00)

Audio problem: In the mansion during the second scene, Louis is among the group and his phone goes off vibrating. It is extremely obvious that the sound of the phone vibrating was actually someone humming in attempt to mimic the sound, and doing a poor job at it.

Star Fox 64

Audio problem: When any character talks over the com, their face appears animated as they speak. All of them are depicted as talking with SUPER fast mouth movements of the jaw opening and closing the full time they speak. This is way too fast to line up with their dialogue at all, and just looks goofy.

Goldeneye 007

Audio problem: Some items in the game are destructible. Most when shot will burst into flames and explode with a loud explosion. The item darkens and pieces fly off. Continued shooting of the item causes more loud explosions despite nothing burnable being left.

Audio problem: In the stages of Cornaria and Venom, the themes are reversed. The Venom theme plays on Cornaria, and the Cornaria theme plays on Venom. The Venom theme is also played as Fox's theme when it should be the Cornaria theme.

The One (2001)

Audio problem: When the MVA agents confront Yulaw in the hospital, Funsch locks in on Yulaw's right shoulder first. His gun's sights show up, being blue, and then turn red. There is a sound that the gun makes before the sight vanishes. The shots change, and you hear the sound end while the site is off screen showing the scared doctor. Then, several seconds later, it shows Roedecker's gun lock in on Yulaw's left shoulder, and the sound happens as the blue site turns red, and vanishes. However, the site from Funsch's gun is still on Yulaw visible and red, only now vanishing. The sound it made already indicating that it was gone, but it wasn't. (00:33:25)
