When the duvet lands on the ground, the part of the duvet positioned in the bottom right corner of the bed can be seen unnaturally sticking upwards and not lying against the bed or the floor like the rest of the duvet. Revealing mistake: When Maya Rudolph and Tim Meadows are in their car at the drive-in theatre, whilst Maya Rudolph says "We got Hubie Dubois spying on everybody", there is a close-up shot of the wing mirror with Hubie's car reflected in it, along with several other cars and a building in the background also reflected. Despite being a reflection, any text or numbers reflected in the mirror are not reversed. The number plate on Hubie's car is spelled out forwards, and the sign "Salem Drive In" on the building in the background is spelled forwards also, and not reversed as they normally would be in a reflection. In the shot, many of the number plates on the cars do not have any numbers or letters drawn onto them. There is a white car beside the elevator that has a very faint M and the start of another letter beside it, but is incomplete. And the number plates on the cars facing opposite the screenwriter do not have any numbers or letters at all. (00:41:47)

Revealing mistake: Whilst they are filming the rape scene, after the director yells cut, he tells the actor playing the rapist to do it faster. The actor who plays the rapist then lifts his head and apologises, and we can see that he has been drawn without a face. (00:33:34)

Revealing mistake: When Mima begins performing her final song at the CHAM concert, there is a shot of three audience members at the front talking with one another. In the shot, the stalker character walks into frame. In the first few frames when he first appears, there are two drops of blood on the right hand side of his face. But these drops of blood were not drawn into every single frame of the shot, as they pop off his face mid-way through the shot. (00:08:07)

Revealing mistake: When the warden has finished shoving the inmate's arm into the meat grinder, there is a shot of the warden pulling the inmate away from the grinder and showing him the tray of meat made from his arm. In the shot, we can see that the inmate's face has been covered in white powder to make him appear as if his face has gone pale due to the blood loss, but it makes his face look completely unnatural, and not at all how a human face would ever appear in a situation like that. In the shot of him bursting through the door, we can see that the interior of the door is extremely thin and is barely a millimeter deep, revealing that it is a fake prop door and not steel. They are never shown pressing the button on the cameras to take the photo, but the photos seem to get taken anyway. (00:22:46)

On the shelf below the television is a game console with two controllers on top of it. The animation for the controller on the right is very weird. The right side is drawn longer than the left side, and its positioning on top of the console makes it appear as if it is hovering above it. (00:10:47)

The design of the reporters and the background behind them is far from finished and does not appear realistic in the slightest. Also, everything that is shown on the television is just a still image where none of the people in it are shown moving. (00:10:12)

Revealing mistake: When the crowd are booing the hecklers, in a wide shot, most of the people are drawn without faces. This is even more noticeable when the crowd turn to Mima after she shouts at them. There is also very little detail is put into the animation of their hands, they come off as stumps attached to their arms, with no fingers. (00:06:26)

Revealing mistake: At the concert, when the hecklers are throwing the cups and cans at the crowd, and the crowd are doing the same thing to the hecklers, we can see many of the cans literally pop into frame when they are being thrown, and pop out of frame when they are close to landing at the other person. Clearly the cans were only drawn into the shot whenever they were being thrown and not whenever they came close to landing or before being thrown. (00:06:26)
