Revealing mistake: Whilst Sang-hwa is running towards the train as it is leaving Daejeon Station, he pushes over two soldier zombies with a shield. When the zombies land on the ground, it is apparent that their position on the ground is higher up than where the ground actually is. This is most noticeable when Sang-hwa runs past them, and the position of their bodies is almost level with Sang-hwa's knees. A Behind the Scenes featurette shows the two soldiers landed on a crash mat when doing the stunt, which explains why their bodies were higher up than they should have been. (00:50:36)

Revealing mistake: Just after Sang-hwa and the baseball team seal the doors, it cuts to a man in a checkered shirt clinging onto a set of chairs, getting attacked by a zombie. Revealing mistake: When Fujiwara is about to have sex with Hideko, there is a shot with Hideko in the foreground of the shot, kneeling on her hands and knees and Fujiwara behind her kneeling down on his knees whilst holding onto her with his left arm. Fujiwara is shown removing his trousers using only his right hand, but it is apparent that he is just miming the actions of removing his trousers before throwing them on the floor. Attempting to remove a pair of trousers with only one hand would be extremely difficult and if he is kneeling on the floor, it would require him to lower the trousers down to his knees, lift his knees off the ground, pull the trousers around the knees and then fully pull them off his lower legs. While not impossible, this would be very hard to do, but he manages to do this in just a few seconds with almost little to no struggle. (02:02:53)

Revealing mistake: When the Hårgas begin eating their meal after Dani is crowned May Queen, there is a shot of Dani just after the Hårgas pick up their knives and forks where she is looking over at Christian. Sitting next to her is a woman who cuts her food with a knife and fork, raises the fork to her mouth and takes a bite, but there is no food on the fork. She is just miming the actions. (02:13:15)

Revealing mistake: When Richard punches Stan, a blood splatter comes from his nose. He falls back and blood is over his face and his hands. Just after he is first punched, his hands are already covered in blood as he is falling back, before he touches his face. The two shots of Josephine are the exact same shot, though the second is reversed. However, Gotti is shown standing in one fixed position, and the blood is shown spurting at three different angles. The first shot hits his abdomen and blood spurts on the wall in front of him. The second shot hits the left side of his head and blood spurts to the wall beside him. The third shot hits the back of his head and blood spurts on the wall in front of him. This could not be possible if Gotti was shooting him from one fixed position. (00:11:00)

Revealing mistake: When Tessa and Shane are trying to free Optimus from being impaled to the wall after he is stabbed with his sword, there is a shot of Tessa running towards Optimus after she grabs the hook belonging to the tow truck. In the background of the shot, the Willis Tower, also known as the Sears Tower, can be seen in the far background. The buildings surrounding the tower can also be seen as well. The Willis Tower is located in Chicago, but the scene is set in Hong Kong. The scene was likely filmed in Chicago. (02:32:40)
