Plot hole: Starbuck and Apollo fool the Cylon basestar into believing they're two full viper squadrons. The Cylons haven't yet fully retreated behind Carillon (they order this as we watch), so their scanners should have been able to detect this deception far sooner than they did.

The Alternative Factor - S1-E28
Plot hole: Kirk knows that Lazarus is insane and that he wants the Enterprise dilithium crystals. Yet he's not restrained in sickbay and is, in fact, given free run of the ship so that he can knock out the crew in engineering and steal the crystals. Other than to further a woefully weak plotline, this makes no sense whatsoever.

Plot hole: Travis, dressed up as the supposedly disabled dissident Shivan, fools Blake and the rebellion leaders far too easily. His head bandages completely cover his mouth (how did he eat?) and his glued-on glass eye is so obviously fake it's laughable. If we noticed, why didn't they? (00:21:05)

Plot hole: Avon drills the last hole through the bomb's tubing and then, with the drill still in place, has to hunt down the dropped rod needed to block the plunger. Tense drama ensues while it's found and inserted, though simply leaving the drill bit in there would have worked just as well. (00:44:55)

The Take Me to Your Leader Affair - S3-E16
Plot hole: Coco asks Illya if he knew she was going to be kidnapped, and he says "At that point, I didn't even know you existed." Strange answer. He and Solo met her outside the observatory several minutes before the kidnapping, so he did know she existed. (00:20:30)

Plot hole: Thrush is so efficient. They divine exactly what Rosy will be wearing on the day they plan to switch her with her double, and they duplicate every last stitch - long before they've ever seen her. (00:18:20 - 00:19:25)

The Off Broadway Affair - S3-E10
Plot hole: U.N.C.L.E.'s pen communicators worked much like modern cell phones: when one agent called another, they "rang" with a 2-tone signal. For some reason in this episode, Solo's pen, which isn't on an open circuit, transmits Illya's voice without ringing first. It signals normally a few scenes later, though. (00:27:55 - 00:34:15)

The Deadly Toys Affair - S2-E9
Plot hole: Solo hopes that Elfie can fly the helicopter they're about to escape in. Why? It's a standard-issue helicopter: nothing special. Did both he and Illya, who've flown many 'copters in previous episodes, suddenly forget how? (00:46:50)

Plot hole: The IMIPAK weapon marks its victims and then kills them with a secondary device. But it's inconsistently selective. When Servalan kills the guard with it, Blake and co., marked and standing nearby, are unharmed. But Rashel later warns Travis not to push the button because he and Servalan are marked and would die too. (That the weapon's range is "adjustable" is nowhere mentioned or implied. Plot hole: When the newly-acquired Orac is first set up on the flight deck, Blake comments that "the other end's connected." Connected to what? Orac didn't require plugging in, other than putting his activator key in place, and that was never connected to anything else. (00:46:45)

Plot hole: When Blake teleports to XK72 to meet Professor Kane, he takes 2 teleport bracelets so that Kane can return to Liberator with him. When Avon goes over to retrieve the medical assistant, he neglects to take an extra bracelet. The assistant beams over with one anyway, and Avon somehow still has a bracelet to return with later. Plot hole: Avon delivers his summation of the crimes and the murderer's identity to the Ortega's crew - with his back turned to the guilty party the entire time. This gives the killer ample time to pull a gun on them. But it's also egregiously out of character for Avon, whose suspicious nature bordered on paranoia and would never have allowed him to be so careless. (00:42:25)

Plot hole: Kendall stresses that only he can open the safe containing the valuable neutrotope. Yet later, he casually asks a crew member to retrieve it, with no mention of the safe's combination, making it a cinch for the villain to steal the goods and hand over an empty box. Naturally, no one bothers to look inside before Blake races off with the container. (00:16:30 - 00:21:05)

Plot hole: When he first shows the burned ison-crystal to Cally, Avon says that its loss will blind the Ortega's forward vision. Later, he assigns it a completely different function, saying it controls the hyperdrive instead. If this one little crystal is that vital to the ship's systems, why aren't these guys carrying a spare? (00:15:05 - 00:19:00)

Plot hole: Bad guys tie lousy knots. Solo's bonds at the end are so loose that he easily slips his feet free to stop the swinging blade. And the rope across his chest does nothing to pinion his elbows or lower arms. He could have reached up with his hands to catch the blade at any time. (00:44:30)

The Girls of Nazarone Affair - S1-E28
Plot hole: Illya dives into the pool to rescue Solo and Lavinia, who've been tied to mattresses and left to drown. Somehow, Illya divines that Solo will be able to free himself. He swims to Lavinia and cuts her free while Solo is still sinking, then heads for the ladder without looking back. Fortunately, his psychic powers are on target: an untied Solo soon appears, swimming free, behind him. (00:38:10)

The Never-Never Affair - S1-E25
Plot hole: Mr. Varner spots Illya down the street and says, "I think he's another U.N.C.L.E. agent." His uncertainty is odd: he helped identify and chase Illya earlier in the episode, so he already knew to be fact what he only "thinks" in this later scene. (00:38:35)

Plot hole: Pike says he doesn't want women on his bridge, Number One being the one and only exception, and he keeps ordering Colt off it. His apology to Number One indicates that A) he doesn't think of her as female, and B) she's the only exception to his rule. So how does he overlook the very female crew-woman seated at the science station? (00:06:55)
