Lucky's Wedding Suit - S11-E12

Plot hole: In the previous episode, Bill had completely bulked up and then suffered a ruptured rectum, which would sideline him for six months. He remarks that by the time six months pass, all his muscle growth would be gone. This episode shows him to be back to his regular physique, and given the fact that it was established earlier in the season that Luanne was pregnant, the fact that she has no visible baby bump (her belly is still completely flat) suggests six months have not passed, meaning Bill could not have reverted to his flabby physique so quickly.

Truth and Consequences - S3-E7

Plot hole: In this episode, it is discovered through a scientific study that Eric does not dream, and in fact doesn't even register brain activity while he is sleeping. However, the season 2 episode "Wrong Side of the Tracks" features a subplot where Eric listens to a motivational tape while he sleeps so he can learn to ice skate, and he dreams of Nancy Kerrigan giving him a lesson.

Doomed - S1-E7

Plot hole: After Dr. Doom's robots abduct Jennifer and load her into the aircraft, Hulk hitches a ride all the way to Doom's estate, falling off the aircraft and breaking into the estate before the aircraft has time to land. Despite this, Dr. Doom already has Jennifer secured to an infirmary table and medical machinery by the time Hulk confronts Doom.

Man to Man, Beast to Beast - S1-E6

Plot hole: This series is in the same continuity as the other Marvel animated series that aired around the same time - X-Men, Spider-Man, Iron Man and Fantastic Four - by virtue of each aforementioned show crossing over with at least one of the other shows. However, the portrayal of Sasquatch between this show and X-Men is not consistent. In X-Men, Sasquatch was a mutant and longtime member of Alpha Flight, under the purview of the Canadian government. In this show, Walter Langkowski is a hermit that had only recently become Sasquatch through a gamma experiment gone wrong, and he chooses to exile himself into solitude by episode's end.

Partners in Danger Chapter 10: Lizard King - S4-E10

Plot hole: When Debra and Margaret arrive at the underground arena with the device that can revert the humanoid lizards to their original forms, they lose control of the device and it ends up in the hands of Ghila, who monologues that the humanoid lizards' existence was an accident and that she will use the device to return them to being regular lizards. Ghila had never seen this device before, nor did anyone tell her what its purpose was, so there's no way she could have known it was designed to reverse the mutations.

Partners in Danger Chapter 9: The Haunting of Mary Jane - S4-E9

Plot hole: Miranda Wilson states that after the accident on the movie set left her face disfigured, she hid in the catacombs by the bridge and almost died from her condition until Quentin Beck found her after he was released from prison. Beck is the one that caused the accident in the first place, so even if he only spent a month in prison, Miranda Wilson would have died from starvation or malnutrition - if not infection from her untreated facial disfigurement - long before Beck could have been released from prison and found her.

Plot hole: When Injun Joe is about to kill Huck, Tom takes notice of the chest full of gold coins and then empties the chest out (offscreen) because it was too heavy for him to lift, and then tricks Injun Joe into trying to retrieve the empty chest, resulting in Injun Joe falling to his death. The amount of time that passes between Tom glancing at the chest and then tricking Injun Joe before he can kill Huck is roughly 5 seconds. There's no way Tom could have emptied out of the chest in that little amount of time if the chest was too heavy for him to lift in the first place, especially without making a sound.

Season 3 generally

Plot hole: When Bryce's body is found, there is a gaping hole in the back of his head, leading to speculation that he was shot. It is later determined that the hole was from blunt force trauma. However, when we actually see his death, he is simply pushed off the pier and ends up drowning. It wouldn't have been caused by his fight with Zach, as he would have been dead long before he could have been pushed into the water. And if the wound was somehow caused by aquatic predation, the forensics experts would know the difference between that and blunt force trauma.

Plot hole: Cady's plan to get revenge on Bowden includes raping and assaulting Lori. This part of the plan, however, hinges on Lori not reporting Cady to the police, which he had no way of knowing that she wouldn't. If she reported him, the investigation would have created huge problems for Cady. He bit off a chunk of her face, so the wound could have been matched to his teeth, as well the chunk of skin he bit off and spit out most likely would have had traces of his saliva on it. Not to mention evidence that could have been gathered from a rape kit and eyewitnesses that could have placed Cady at the bar with Lori beforehand (the bartender, for example). In all likelihood, he would have been arrested, tried and convicted. Lucky for him, Lori was too ashamed to report the incident.

Two-Face (2) - S1-E18

Plot hole: When Two-Face and his men have broken into the new D.A.'s office to find dirt on Rupert Thorne, one of his men finds a file detailing Thorne's record of Swiss bank accounts, money laundering, blackmail and payoffs that Two-Face tried for years to subpoena when he was D.A. When Thorne finds out that Two-Face has the file, he states that he will be ruined if Two-Face gives the file to the police. If Two-Face tried unsuccessfully for years to subpoena the file, then in all likelihood that means Thorne paid off the right people to prevent the subpoena from happening, so Two-Face giving the file to the police shouldn't be a problem for him. Additionally, if giving the file to the police would be all that it would take to bring Thorne down, then the new D.A. could have already done so. If the new D.A. was also paid off by Thorne, then it wouldn't make sense for Thorne to allow the D.A. to keep the file since they could easily lose the file or even double-cross Thorne. Beauty and the Beast - S2-E10

Plot hole: After Beast and Dr. Bohlson leave Carly's room, they briefly chat in the hallway just outside the door for less than 15 seconds in real time, and then discover that in that brief time frame, the Friends of Humanity abducted Carly from her second-story room via the window, managed to incapacitate the nurse, security guard and Carly's father, toss around furniture and spray paint "For Humanity" on one of the walls, all without any of the victims making a sound or the Friends of Humanity making a sound themselves. The Friends of Humanity aren't ninjas, rather they are shown to be somewhat bumbling, so there's no way they could have done all that as quickly and quietly as shown. (00:12:30)

Whatever It Takes - S2-E3

Plot hole: After Magneto and Xavier discover that their powers have vanished, Mr. Sinister is shown to be watching them through surveillance footage, zeroed in on their faces from a straight angle. At this point, Magneto and Xavier are standing at the edge of a cliff in the Savage Land, which is a jungle hidden in Antarctica. There's no conceivable way Mr. Sinister could have security footage of them from where they are located. Any camera would have to be mounted onto a tree, and the cliff is at a considerably higher elevation than the jungle itself, as well as a considerable distance away. Even if Mr. Sinister was able to zoom in on them from such a distance, the treeline being lower than the cliff would only allow him to view them from a low angle, and that's only if the cliff wall didn't obscure them. The Cure - S1-E9

Plot hole: After Wolverine tells Gambit that he only knows how to pick pockets and steal candy from babies, Gambit attempts to retaliate by kinetically charging one of the bricks Wolverine is working with in order for it to blow up in his face. Anything Gambit kinetically charges makes a high-pitched humming sound, and Wolverine possesses a superhuman sense of hearing, so he should not have been caught unaware by it. (00:06:55)

Slave Island - S1-E7

Plot hole: When the Leader says "Take me to my car at once!", one of his guards goes to open the door to the room only to have Cable shoot the door with his plasma rifle. The Leader then says "The other way you fool!" and everyone in the room starts running for the windows that Cable shot out a few minutes earlier, which happened to be the only other way out of the room. As evidenced earlier from when Cable shot the windows out, that particular floor appears to be 8 stories up, so if everyone in the room exited through the windows, they would have all fallen to their deaths as all of them were regular humans with no superpowers. Slave Island - S1-E7

Plot hole: After Storm's attempt to escape the Genoshan prison is thwarted, she ends up in the ocean right at the shoreline of the beach, where she is captured by a Sentinel. Aside from the fact that it makes no sense for a Sentinel to be hiding in the ocean in the event that a mutant tries to escape the prison, there is absolutely no way that a two-story tall robot could hide in the ocean right by the beach, as the water would be way too shallow. You can even see that the water level only goes up to the Sentinel's ankle area when it is standing upright in the ocean. (00:03:15)

Plot hole: Hoffman is able to implicate Agent Strahm as the mastermind behind the main series of traps in this film by planting Strahm's cell phone at the scene. However, Hoffman is repeatedly shown to be touching things at the scene without wearing gloves, so a forensics sweep of the crime scene afterwards would show Hoffman's fingerprints all over the place and reveal him to be the actual mastermind. Agent Erickson arrives at the crime scene before the two survivors of the traps complete their tests, so the forensics team would have been called in before Hoffman had a chance to remove any evidence that would incriminate himself. As a forensics officer himself, Hoffman should know better.

Plot hole: When Rigg is listening to the tape in the first hotel room, the tape instructs him to wear the pig mask in order to conceal his identity from the hotel cameras. Rigg wasn't wearing the mask when he entered the hotel, so putting the mask on after the cameras have already seen his face would do absolutely nothing to conceal his identity. (00:36:00)

Plot hole: The ability of the Faceless Rebels to impersonate other people completely defies logic. For one, when impersonating someone, the Faceless Rebel is able to speak despite the fact that they mutilate their own mouths shut. Secondly, as can be seen in many instances when a person is being attacked by a Faceless Rebel, the face of the person they are impersonating is merely a skin mask that can easily be pulled off. If the face of the person they are impersonating is just a mask, then any time a Faceless Rebel speaks you should be able to see their true face through the open mouth of the skin mask. Additionally, the face of the person being impersonated being a mask would also preclude the Faceless Rebel from blinking or moving the mask's eyes (similarly they mutilate their own eyes shut, so the eyes of the skin mask can't be their own).

Plot hole: Towards the end of the "The Hard Goodbye" segment from the first film after Marv has killed Cardinal Roark, a newspaper clipping shows that the Cardinal's brother Senator Roark was decrying the atrocity. However, at the very end of this movie, Nancy kills Senator Roark with Marv's assistance. Since Marv was captured and imprisoned immediately after he killed Cardinal Roark, that means that the killing of Senator Roark had to have occurred before "The Hard Goodbye", which means Senator Roark should not have been alive to decry his own brother's murder.

Risky Business - S1-E16

Plot hole: After Shawn leaves Cory's house to get a pizza, he calls Cory on the phone literally a minute later to tell him that Lenny Dykstra is at the pizza place. There's no way Shawn could have left Cory's house, walked to the pizza place, spotted Dykstra and either asked to use the restaurant's phone or found a pay phone to call Cory in such a short amount of time.
