Continuity mistake: When Captain America and Red Skull are grappling near the vortex, their fingers are interlocked. When the shot changes, their hands are pushing against each other's torsos.
Continuity mistake: When Captain America is giving Spider-Man moral support after Mary Jane's accident on the roof, the red glove on his right hand briefly turns blue when he puts his hand on Spider-Man's shoulder.
Continuity mistake: When the Green Goblin is first confronted by Spider-Man, he is riding his regular glider. Then after he pushes Spider-Man down onto the roof, one shot show him riding the larger glider.
Continuity mistake: When Doc Ock is being taken away in handcuffs at the end of the episode, his mechanical arms are missing. The arms were fused to his spine, so the police couldn't have confiscated them.
Continuity mistake: When Hank and Bill are sitting on the hood of Bill's car and talking, one shot of the football field shows it to only be about 70 yards long between the end zones.
Continuity mistake: When Doc Ock is about to unmask Spider-Man in his lab, there is a brief shot of Doc Ock standing under a night sky. This is from their rooftop battle in the previous scene/episode.
Continuity mistake: When Dr. Connors starts transforming into the Lizard after being blasted by the robot, the sleeve of his lab coat magically becomes tattered at the same time his hand transforms. Subsequent shots also alternate with his sleeve being tattered and pristine as well as his hand being reptilian and normal.
Continuity mistake: Jesse Plemons gained a considerable amount of weight since "Breaking Bad" ended. As such, Todd Alquist is noticeably husky in his flashback appearances in this movie, even though in the original timeframe, he was more slender.
Continuity mistake: After Joe kills Chet by punching his nose up into his brain there is an instant cut and as Chet is collapsing to his knees, he already impossibly has a stream of blood running out of his ears all the way down to under his shirt collar.
Continuity mistake: When Rainier Wolfcastle is asking Homer what he intends to do with the pictures he just took, Drederick Tatum is in the background and is colored yellow.
Continuity mistake: When Mr. Freeze is running towards the fire hydrant, it is partially covered in a layer of ice. When the shot changes, the ice has disappeared altogether.(00:18:15)
Continuity mistake: In the wide shot of Batman hanging upside down in Mr. Freeze's lair, his face is blank and the bat outline from his chest emblem is missing.(00:14:10)
Continuity mistake: When Mr. Freeze's henchman Johnny gets his legs frozen, he is wearing pants and shoes. Later when Johnny is inside a water tank in the Batcave in order to thaw the ice, he has been stripped down to his boxer shorts. While it's possible for Batman to remove Johnny's pants above the freeze-line by cutting them away, he would still have remnants of his pants underneath the ice, but when the ice is thawed, his legs and feet are bare.(00:05:45 - 00:08:05)
Continuity mistake: When Mr. Freeze's henchman Johnny gets his legs frozen, an ice "bridge" connects the gap between his feet. A few shots later and the connective ice is gone, making it look like he is wearing boots made of ice.(00:05:45 - 00:07:00)
Continuity mistake: When the chandelier falls on top of Rupert Thorne, the tommy gun he was holding falls into the bright half of Two-Face's hideout. Later when Two-Face grabs the gun, it is in the dark half of the hideout.(00:19:15 - 00:20:10)
Continuity mistake: The broken window pane on the door to the District Attorney's office changes slightly from shot to shot. When first shown, the break in the glass extends all the way up to the letter "L" in the word "law." When the shot changes, the break in the glass is nowhere near the letter "L." Also, the letter "W" in the word "law" is missing entirely, even though the break in the glass suggests a portion of the letter would still be intact if the letters were painted on the glass, as is standard.(00:10:25)
