Continuity mistake: When the gray Hulk finds the Rick Jones-Hulk hybrid wandering the desert, the latter does not have any earrings. After Rick Jones is restored to normal later in the episode, he suddenly has an earring in his right ear.

A couple of shots later, the hole is large enough for a person to fit through, and the appearance of the damage suggests it is now broken glass. (00:19:56)
