When she is showing Storm that she absorbed his powers, she reaches over to grab a coffee mug. When the shot changes, the TV is back on, and the screen appears to be shorter and wider than first shown. Continuity mistake: When the Friends of Humanity are attacking the mutant, the amount of spacing between the letters on the sign that says "Burgers" decreases when the shot changes. There is also a man painting a red "M" on the door below the sign with his left hand while holding a paint bucket in his right hand, and he only paints half the letter before the shot changes. When the shot does change, the "M" is fully formed, and the brush and bucket have swapped hands. (00:08:28)
