Continuity mistake: When Snake first rescues the President from the Duke's railcar, the two of them walk beside the train. They walk the whole length of car #2205, then they walk it again. The 'new' car has some graffiti on it; either the filmmakers used both sides of the car, or added the graffiti to make it look different, but they forgot to change/erase the car's big yellow numbers. Continuity mistake: When Snake, Brain and Maggie drive down Broadway, away from Brain's place where the Duke is, a number of people are attacking the car as it drives. Without anyone running down the street with the car, we see a group of people twice, possibly more. Easiest to notice are 3 specific guys in the same position beside each other at both locations. Other mistake: When Snake is injected, and his timer is set to 23:00, Hauk tells him the glider is waiting. The next scene has Snake getting into the glider, but when he radios in, Hauk says there's 21 hours left. Snake was pretty upset that he didn't get a full 24 hours; knowing his life is on the line, why would he take 2 full hours to walk out the door and over to the glider that was waiting for him? Factual error: When Air Force One crashes into the office building, the security force monitors show the escape pod falling to the ground - inside the building. Normal physics would dictate that the pod would 'slide' across the floor of the building it crashed into, not smash through 20 floors towards the ground. We can assume the buildings are in disrepair, but it has only been 11 years since the island was turned into a prison. (00:12:30)

Character mistake: When the revolutionary fighter commandeers Air Force One (we only know this once she's in control), a Secret Service agent is trying to break down the cockpit door by banging it with the butt of his automatic rifle. The way he's hitting the door, he couldn't break through a cereal box - it's much too weak. Presumably, the actor is taking it easy on the door because it's a cheap prop door. (00:11:15)

World War Z (2013)

Continuity mistake: Just before the garbage truck mows down the policeman and continues through traffic, we see behind the cop a street full of stopped cars, and a building less than 100 yards away (the street starts at a T-intersection). There is no truck, and no way for it to have gotten onto the street at the speed it's going. (00:07:05)

World War Z (2013)

Continuity mistake: Three times through the movie, we see the command centre on the ship with people running around. Based on several people's movements, it seems that all these scenes were taken at one time, from different angles - too many of the same people moving the same way, carrying the same things.

World War Z (2013)

Continuity mistake: As Gerry enters the ship's command centre the first time, when he starts walking across the floor, we see a bearded man in the background, at the stairs against the wall, talking to someone. The camera angle changes, and he is now sorting through papers perhaps 60-70 feet from where he was just standing. (00:30:30)

World War Z (2013)

Continuity mistake: The girls are kicked off the USS Argus when the military thinks Gerry is dead. Thierry sends them off on a helicopter. As they board the helicopter, we see a bridge structure behind Thierry, who is looking down the length of the ship at them - and also behind them is 'the same' bridge structure. It has been shown, in several shots through the film, that the Argus has just one such structure. (01:25:20)

World War Z (2013)

Other mistake: As Gerry enters the aircraft carrier command centre, we see screens with "world projections" of remaining uninfected populations by continent. They are counting down (illustrating the quick spread of the disease). However, the countdown speed of all of them, is approximately 3% each second - which means humankind would have no more than 20 seconds at this rate. The countdown speed should realistically be about 100,000 times slower than that (about 3% each day), which would still be the fastest pandemic spread the world has ever seen. (00:30:15)

World War Z (2013)

Other mistake: When the family's car is being hit by the ambulance, we see Gerry's head bouncing around by the impact in a close-up. Camera angle is from inside (approximately from the centre armrest). We see out his window, and there is nothing there. The camera angle changes to an exterior shot, and its clear that the position of the ambulance hitting the car should have made the ambulance visible from the interior camera. (00:08:05)

World War Z (2013)

World War Z mistake picture

Revealing mistake: When the family's car is about to be hit by the ambulance as they try to escape downtown, Gerry is driving and his wife is up, leaning over the passenger seat talking to their daughter. The camera angle changes to a view from behind, and as the ambulance is about to hit, we can see there is nobody in the car and the ambulance driver is wearing a safety helmet. This is viewable in just a few frames. (00:08:00)

Continuity mistake: When Gerry reunites with his family in the Nova Scotia Safe Zone, the boy gets into the family hug, with his sweatshirt hood down. The camera angle changes and it is up. (01:55:35)

Continuity mistake: When Doug first arrives at the Tower, he goes down an elevator from the roof to the 65th floor, then has to cross over to different elevators. In one of these, he goes up - to 79 according to the display; but the floor buttons on the control, consist of just 16 buttons; the 7th or 8th button is lit as he gets off, so he has only gone up halfway to 79. Stranded (2013)

Revealing mistake: When the doctor intercoms the colonel because he cannot get into the medical room for the pregnant woman having nightmares, the camera shows the bridge intercom, which is simply the back end of a desktop computer with a couple of knobs stuck on it.

The Host (2013)

Continuity mistake: When the Seeker's car hits the back of the stopped humans' truck under the bridge, the impact forces the human passenger to drop his gun; based on the angle, we expect it is tossed backwards about 10-20 feet - and lands beside the truck's right side. When the female Seeker arrives and approaches the truck, she picks up the gun from about 50 feet behind (and left of) the truck. The position of the crashed Seeker's car would have blocked the gun from going any further. Also; we see her pick up the gun from a very sharp sun/shade borderline - but in the wide shots, we can't even tell where the shade ends and the sun begins - no borderline at all. Also the closeup shows the gun on the right of the double-yellow line, but the wide shot shows it between the 2 yellow lines as she picks it up. (01:02:45)

Visible crew/equipment: When Melanie tries to force her car off the road on the way to Fort Worth, the car flips and rolls; the 'cannon' that shoots out the bottom of a car to make it flip is visible. (00:27:20)

Space Precinct (1994)

Protect and Survive - S1-E1

Continuity mistake: When Gersham runs from the police in the first scene, his vehicle crashes on a rooftop and hits a wall, bouncing off it, turning and stopping parallel to it. He exits the vehicle, at the point where he crashed, and the vehicle is now positioned differently (turned 90 degrees, pointing straight to the wall). (00:04:20)
