Corrected entry: Christian Grey gives a speech during a Anastasia's university graduation ceremony. During the speech the podium he speaks at reads "Vancouver" on it, rather than Seattle, which is where the movie is based. This reflects the fact that the ceremony hall used in this shot is located at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver BC. Despite this the filmmakers try to hide the real location of the scene elsewhere by placing a Washington State flagpole on the stage.

Kelsey H.

Correction: The school that Ana goes to is in Vancouver, WA (not Canada). Ana and Kate move to Seattle, WA after the graduation.

No they move before the graduation. I've seen this movie multiple times and I know this is true.

They do so in the movie. In the book, they move after graduation. Doesn't change the fact that they went to Washington State University in Vancouver, Wa.

Pay attention to the interior and the events occurring. During the montage of Ana going over the contract, her and Kate are in the process of moving. After the "was this nice?" scene, Ana and Kate are in their new place before they graduated, and before Ana's first experience in the Red Room.

Correction: Clarifying several points: Ana and Kate are moving to Seattle and their new apartment just after their final class but before the commencement ceremony. Commencements usually occur 1-2 weeks after the academic year ends; Ana and Kate attend the ceremony at the campus, but technically, students are graduates only after their submitted paperwork is approved. Commencement attendance is optional and even students who have not quite completed all degree requirements are allowed to "walk" at the ceremony. Students receive a ceremonial scroll at the commencement and the actual diplomas are mailed later. Ana's school, Washington State University, and the commencement were in Vancouver, Washington, not Vancouver, B.C. Canada. The school, located on Washington's southern border, is one of WSU's four branch campuses. It is about a three-hour, straight drive on I-5 between Seattle and Vancouver, so a fast, easy commute. Ana and Kate either still had access to their old apartment, stayed at a motel or with friends in Vancouver, or they drove back to Seattle the same day. Confusion between the two Vancouvers is understandable for those unfamiliar with the Pacific Northwest.

Cube 2: Hypercube (2002)

Corrected entry: In end the scene where Kate has just escaped the Hypercube, we see a big puddle of water in a huge warehouse - the technicians pull her towards the dry cement and a commanding officer. When she gets there, she starts talking to the commanding officer - notice in the shots that show Kate, there is no water in the background. (01:28:14)

Kelsey H.

Correction: Seeing as how the Hypercube is anything but normal, it's very likely that the water was just another illusion of it.

Corrected entry: When Al Pacino needs sweet drinks and candy bars to help him relieve his diabetes attack, we see a priest behind them leave for these items, he then returns with a whole tray of orange juice and candy bars. The remarkable thing is, he does this task in only 6 seconds. I don't think that the tray had been set before: If Michael had arranged that he would have asked for the tray and not just for some sweet juice and candy. If not, how would tray contain exactly the items Michael had asked for? (01:39:50)

Kelsey H.

Correction: Orange juice and candy are common items in most kitchens, and it would take only a few seconds to put them on a tray and bring them.

Band of Brothers (2001)

Carentan - S1-E3

Corrected entry: In episode three, Carentan, during the first battle in the city. Watch the part where two soldiers go in the house with the backyard shed (right before the same house gets bombed). Paranoid, one of the two soldiers shoots the backyard shed twice over a period of about 5 seconds. Well in his first shot, one bullet hole appears. In his second shot, two bullet holes appear. How can one bullet make two holes?

Kelsey H.

Correction: For anyone who has ever fired a semi-automatic rifle, they would know that one can fire 3 shots and it can sound like 2 due to the speed of the firing. Also as with most other guns occassional additional fire can happen when the trigger is pulled. This is referred to as trigger bounce.

Alex Fulle

Correction: His suspicions of someone being in the shed is true. When he fires for the second time he hits someone and their jerk reactions return fire.

Saw (2004)

Corrected entry: We find out in the movie that Detective Tapp loses his job and goes insane trying to find the killer after his partner dies during the Warehouse shoot out that occurred with Jigsaw. Lawrence explains that Detective Tapp started stalking him thinking that Lawrence was Jigsaw and due to this, Adam was even hired to take photos of Lawrence. At the very end of the movie, when we discover the true identity of the Jigsaw killer, a montage of clips are shown, including one from the warehouse scene showing Jigsaw's face visible behind his robe. Since Detective Tapp would have easily seen his face when attempting to arrest Jigsaw, he would have known for sure that Lawrence wasn't in fact the Jigsaw killer.

Kelsey H.

Correction: The montage is taking place from a different perspective. We saw the whole warehouse scene, and could tell that Jigsaw's face wasn't visible during any of it. They only showed it during the montage because you now knew who was behind it, and they were just showing it from a new, enlightened perspective.

Corrected entry: When the Navy Seals are liberating the small African Village, watch the part right before they find the very badly tortured African mother. We see them walk up a dirt path to the tortured mother. You can see in the background a fire, but it isn't burning like it's on grass, you can see it's coming straight out of a theater flamethrower.

Kelsey H.

Correction: If you watch the movie again, with the director's commentary, you will find out that the flames are shown in a manner of "coming out of oil pipes." This was deliberately created because in the real world, they run the pipes right through the villages. If anyone complained about it, police would come and do horrid things to you. It is not a mistake, it was created that way.

Corrected entry: If Billy Bob Thornton was a poor actor all along and not the rich oil man he was supposed to be, where did Catherine Zeta Jones get all the money to set up the very extravagent wedding they had?

Kelsey H.

Correction: Don't forget Jones's rich girlfriend, she could've been in on the plot and financed the wedding.

28 Days Later (2002)

Corrected entry: Why do the infected travel in groups? Wouldn't they attack anyone they see if they had pure rage? Not just the healthy people.

Kelsey H.

Correction: They don't travel in groups. They are all attracted to the same stimuli, much like sharks to blood. Simply because they all end up pursuing the same target at the same time does not suggest they are constantly roving in packs. They could easily be wandering around and run towards something making a noise, and would simply end up with a group of infected doing the same.

So what is the stimulus intended to be? Noise? Bleeding? Sweating?

The infected individual is driven by constant, rabid, all-consuming rage, with a single-minded drive to always violently attack and pursue any uninfected individuals they find.

Hulk (2003)

Corrected entry: In the flashback that shows the Hulk's dad kill his wife accidentally, when he takes the knife out of her there is no blood on it.

Kelsey H.

Correction: The entire length of the knife is not shown.

Corrected entry: When Tim Robbins is about to escape through his cell hole, we see in one shot of him unbuttoning his prison shirt revealing a nice looking tie and shirt. The next shot shows his hand placing items in a plastic bag. Then the next shot of him is when he is crawling through the cement hole with his prison shirt on, even though he unbuttoned his prison shirt. He remains with his prison shirt on until he leaves the sewer pipe and into freedom. That's when he takes off his prison shirt, revealing a plain shirt, no shirt with a tie - or even a collar.

Kelsey H.

Correction: He is unbottoning his shirt so that he can remove it, then remove the "good" clothes underneath. He then places the good clothes in the bag so that they'll stay clean while transiting the pipe. Then he puts them on after he gets through.
