Continuity mistake: Vance slams the axe on the table and through a picture of the victim. However, when Vance removes the axe a minute later, the axe is through a different part of the picture. The 1st time the axe goes through the neck/shoulders of the man in the picture but when removed it's in the forehead. (00:29:50)

Continuity mistake: When the guy is leaving the observatory, the door is left almost fully open while getting in his truck. When we see him drive off the door is now half closed despite us seeing the door come to a stop in the previous shot. (00:05:33)

Continuity mistake: When Jack, Norrington and Elizabeth find the chest, the amount of flowers visible changes instantly. (01:41:20)

Continuity mistake: When Norrington, Elizabeth and Jack find the chest they wipe some sand off and there are black parts of the chest visible. When they pull the chest out of the ground, all the black bits are gone and is covered in sand.

Continuity mistake: When Norrington and Elizabeth are talking about how Will ended up on the Dutchman in the shots of Norrington you can see it's raining though not heavy. In the shots of Elizabeth however it's not raining despite being stood in front of each other. (01:29:00)
