Firewall (2006)

Corrected entry: In the beginning of the film when the fake pizza man and bad guys come in. There are about 10 guys that come in with suitcases. Near the end, there's only about 4 or 5 bad guys.

Correction: It may appear that way by showing the same guys multiple times. The scene was very fast-paced with many short shots and moving cameras, an effect that may make it seem as if there were more bad guys then there were.

Four Brothers (2005)

Corrected entry: The insurance man states the life insurance benefit is "$400,000" and several times it is mentioned as "$400,000". The check that Jeremiah Mercer cashes (deposits) is for $405,000.

Correction: He said that it is a little over $400,000. $5,000 isn't really that much when you are talking about figures in the hundreds of thousands. He, and the other characters were simply rounding the number down.

Hannibal (2001)

Corrected entry: When Lecter is in the hospital stealing the autopsy equpiment, he closes the door after a man walks through rolling a corpse. Most people probably didn't notice or realise, but when he closed the door, he was actually locking the man in the freezer - that is why the orange light began to flash, as an alarm. The man would have frozen or sufficated soon if not retrieved. Just another murder or at the very least attempted murder of Lecter's that went unnoticed. (01:28:42)

Correction: The freezer door had a latch on the inside that is clearly visible before he closes it. These interior latches cannot be locked, even if the outside latch is locked, to prevent this exact occurrence.

Men in Black (1997)

Corrected entry: When Agent J gets his finger prints removed by a machine, it only removes the prints from the tip of his fingers. You can match prints from the lower parts of the fingers and the palms too, so he is still traceable.

Correction: We see K deleting all of his vital records, including his hand prints and footprints. Any prints left for someone to find wouldn't do them any good, being that they'll still need to have something prior for the computer to trace it to.

Batman (1989)

Corrected entry: When Vicki grabs the device off Batman's belt to be pulled up to the catwalk, she is barefoot, but when she climbs over the railing, she has white shoes on.

Correction: Vicki isn't wearing shoes when she's climbing the rail. If you zoom in you can see that she's still barefoot. The white on her feet is the light reflecting off of her foot.

Fahrenheit 9/11 (2004)

Corrected entry: Michael Moore shows a clip of CNN analyst Jeffrey Toobin saying that if ballots had been recounted in Florida after the 2000 presidential vote, "under every scenario Gore won the election." What Moore doesn't show is that a six-month study in 2001 by news organizations including The New York Times, the Washington Post and CNN found just the opposite. Even if the Supreme Court had not stopped a statewide recount, or if a more limited recount of four heavily Democratic counties had taken place, Bush still would have won Florida and the election.

Correction: This is an ongoing debate. The truth is no one of the general public will know for sure who won the popular vote. Moore is showing is point of view on the issue. It doesn't mean that he lied about it.

The Godfather (1972)

Corrected entry: As the gangster hands Michael a pistol to try in the basement he tells him that the grip and trigger has a special tape that latent prints can not be lifted from. There is no such tape.

Correction: At the time, fingerprints had to be very clear to be lifted from an object. Simple atheletic tape has a rough enough texture that would make it nearly impossible to get prints from.

Blood Work (2002)

Corrected entry: In one scene McCaleb goes to the ATM machine, spots a security camera and finds a bearded man standing right behind him. Once he figures out that the bearded man was in fact the killer, why didn't McCaleb go to the bank and check the security tape that must have been filming the whole sequence (in search for clues etc)?

Correction: The incident occurred days, if not a week or two, before McCaleb figured out it was him. A security tape would not have been kept for that long if nothing out of the ordinary happened or was reported.

The Godfather (1972)

Corrected entry: In the beginning, Marlon Brando looks outside his window when they bring the wedding cake in. On the left side in the crowd there is Sonny, who is supposed to be in the room with the Godfather. You can identify him by the white flower in his lapel and by his bride sister who walks up to him from behind. (00:23:50)

Correction: The man that the Connie walks up from behind is NOT Sonny. It's pretty obvious that it isn't him from the distance shown originally, but it becomes even more obvious if you were to zoom in. You can easily tell it's not him if you closely compare their hair and facial features.

BillyBlake

Corrected entry: When dealing with the binary liquid bombs you always see two equal volume containers with both containers completely full. As stated near the beginning of the movie the red liquid pumps into the clear in order to mix. If both tanks are full, how is there any volume left to pump in the other chemical in order to mix it? At least one of the tanks would need to be half full in order for there to be room to pump in the second chemical.

Correction: Both containers mixed equally, so the same amount of liquid that was going into the container was leaving the container, making the mixing process possible.

Batman (1989)

Corrected entry: When Batman is in his plane and stealing the Joker's balloons, he flicks 3 switches to close the claw around the cables. If you look closely, you can see that the red light next to these switches is labelled "volume" - not really anything to do with the claw; and more to do with his stereo.

David Mercier

Correction: The red light has no labeling anywhere near it that says 'Volume', nor do any of the switches that he hits.

Batman (1989)

Corrected entry: Right at the start of the film when the family are being mugged, you see the crook knock the father out with his gun but when he hits the man, he drops the gun and his hand goes out of shot. When he lifts his hand up to point it at the women the gun is back in his hand. This is much easier to see if you watch it in slow motion. (00:01:40)

Correction: The mugger never does drop the gun, he just awkwardly handles it on its way off screen, and he just pulls his arm up from behind his coat to threaten the mother.

End of Days (1999)

Corrected entry: In the end of the movie, in the church scene, the "wind of evil" blows down all the benches like dominoes. In the next second, they're all back in an upright position again.

Correction: The benches never do fall down, they are just jostled around a lot and they fall back into place. Its pretty clear if you pay close attention to them.
