Trivia: In Epitaph II: The Return, Alpha asks Tony, "Why would someone do something so horrible to that face?" He was speaking about the tech on Tony's face, but it was also a reference to season 1 when Alpha sliced up Tony's face with a knife.

Continuity mistake: In the episode 'The Attic', Echo is covered with plastic wrap from head to toe, but in both scenes where she wakes up the wrap is only up to her eyebrows and it didn't disturb the needles in her forehead, when the plastic wrap was removed.

Trivia: In 'After School Special' Dean says the the regular gym teacher is getting married in Massachusetts. This is a reference to how female gym teachers are thought to be gay. At the time of the airing of this episode Massachusetts was the only state in the U.S. that allowed gay marriage.

Pentagrams with the point facing up is the symbol for practitioners of white (good) magic while those who practice black (evil) magic is symbolized by the point facing down.
