Continuity mistake: The beautiful blonde visitor takes a picture of herself on Tyler's phone. However, we get a perfect view of her as she concentrates to take the snap (looking very serious and studious, barely showing her teeth), but when we see the picture she is wearing a classic toothy smile right across her face. Factual error: Early in the episode, it is mentioned that Mrs. Faulkner's husband flew an F-16 fighter. Later, during Mrs. Faulkner's speech after her meeting with Anna, a picture of her husband is shown. He is wearing a Navy Dress Blue uniform. The Navy does not fly F-16s. In the US military, they are used exclusively by the Air Force.

Continuity mistake: In the penultimate scene, as Tyler picks his phone up to look at Lisa's photo, the time on the phone changes from 8:48 to 12:37. (00:41:34)
Other mistake: Roy is in his chair on the porch steps, but, there is no wheelchair access to that porch. (01:00:06)
Factual error: During the opening scenes, as the Visitor ships are approaching, an F-16 is shown crashing. As the wreckage flashes by Morris Chestnut, the word NAVY can be seen on the wreckage. The problem is that the F-16 is exclusively used by the US Air Force. The Navy does not utilize any variation of the fighter.
