Corrected entry: Selina Kyle steals Wayne's Lamborghini after the charity ball. After Wayne is kicked out of the board meeting, his Lamborghini is being towed. He hasn't yet met with Kyle at her apartment, so he hasn't gotten it back yet.

Dredd (2012)
Corrected entry: Dredd and Anderson are examining the three bodies after just arriving at the Peach Tree. Dredd asked Anderson what she makes of the burns in the victim's mouth. There are two noticeable bumps, one on her upper lip and another on her chin, probably pimples. They disappear in the next shots. (00:16:50)
Correction: Different camera angles cover them, mostly the one one the chin. The one on the lip is always visible but lighting reduces its appearance.

Megamind (2010)
Corrected entry: Whenever Megamind uses the holowatch to disguise himself, he talks in the same voice as the person he is imitating. Example: When he disguises himself as the warden and as Metro Man, he talks in their voice. However, when he disguises himself as Bernard, he talks in his own voice and not in Bernard's.
Correction: So his watch probably give him the opportunity to use his voice or the ones that he imitates.

The Hunger Games (2012)
Corrected entry: When Katniss burns her leg in the fire, her trouser leg is also ripped. However, near the end of the movie when she and Peta have almost won, her trouser leg is no longer ripped.
Correction: You can see the rip on many occasions.

The One With All The Kissing - S5-E2
Corrected entry: When Rachel is getting rid of her date to go inside and console a depressed Ross, you can see a crew member just as she opens the door when she goes back inside. That's neither Chandler nor Joey since Ross was just sitting there alone.
Correction: There is no-one else there, except Ross in the background. What you see is maybe his shirt, but nothing else.

The Amazing Spider-Man (2012)
Corrected entry: When Peter goes to Gwen Stacy's house for dinner, he enters the apartment through the window with his backpack. He leaves the apartment when he hears sirens in the distance by jumping off the roof of the building, and he doesn't take his backpack. However, the next time you see him he is on the bridge, and somehow has his backpack again.
Correction: We saw him jumping from the roof, but not where he landed. He could easily have made a quick stop at Gwen's room, grabbed his backpack and continued to the bridge.

The Amazing Spider-Man (2012)
Corrected entry: In the beginning, where Peter is discovering his powers, he is riding a train. He puts his right hand on a woman's shoulder, and her shirt gets stuck to his hand. In the next scene Peter is running, and the shirt is now stuck to his other hand.
Correction: It's always in his right hand. When he runs on the street, he's holding his backpack in his left.

Thor (2011)
Corrected entry: When Thor catches his hammer just before he fights the Destroyer, he catches it with his right hand. When we see him on the bolt of lightning, he is holding it in his left hand.
Correction: He always holds it with his right hand. When you see him inside the bolt, he has his back turned at the destroyer.

Star Trek: Generations (1994)
Corrected entry: When Geordi gives the order to evacuate Engineering, he starts to say "Bridge we have a new problem." As he is saying this, the blonde female officer can be seen ducking under the door to escape the room, but when he says, "We're five minutes away from a warp core breach," the same officer is ducking under the door again a second time.
Correction: We see one blonde from behind with similar hair at first and after the other, as you say, but we can't be sure that it's the same woman.

Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home (1986)
Corrected entry: In the scene where the commander of the navy ship is on the phone, first he is told that nobody knows why they are having a power drain. Then suddenly he makes a call and says that there is an intruder. There is no way he or anyone else could have suddenly known there was an intruder, because nobody had physically seen or detected Chekov and Uhura yet. And there is no "modern" technology that could drain power from the reactor so there was no reason to equate the power drain to an intruder alert.
Correction: When he is informed about the power drain the phone rings. He speaks with someone that calls him Chief, apparently one with higher rank, and tells him that they are tracking the drain too and asks about an opinion of what it is. Then the scene cuts to Uhura and Chekov who try to communicate with Scotty, and after the scene goes back to the Navy and Commander Rogerson who says "Confirmed, roger that" and he makes the phone call about the intruders. Apparently on the phone they pick the transmission of Uhura and Chekov or identify exactly where the power drain was and informed the commander on duty.

X-Men Origins: Wolverine (2009)
Corrected entry: Victor catches John with the arm a foot deep in John's stomach (1:06:18), obviously killing him when pulling his fist back (1:06:27). A bit later Victor kneels over the corpse (1:07:05): there is no visible wound, even the shirt is unharmed. (01:06:10 - 01:07:05)
Correction: Why would he have a wound? John is transparent at that time. Victor caught him while he was transferring and broke his spine.

Spider-Man 3 (2007)
Corrected entry: In the scene where Gwen is grabbing the phone cable to not fall to her death, her father and boyfriend (Eddie) arrive. They see her, and show no sign of worry. Her father asks "What is she doing up there?", but doesn't react that her daughter is about to die. Eddie, who likes her very much, doesn't react either. What's wrong with these people?
Correction: There is not to much to do. The building is about to fall, and they only wait for someone to help.
Even if they were waiting for someone's help, it doesn't explain their behavior. They should have showed a lot of concern if they cared about her so much. How could they be completely sure that help would arrive? What would have happened if help wasn't coming? How could they react if she fell but Spider-Man hasn't arrived? There was also possibility that building would collapse much sooner than they expected. Since they care about Gwen very much, they should be very concerned or at least worried. Even if there was not too much to do, they should have tried to take some action if help wasn't arriving or if building was collapsing faster. This entry is correct. This is a mistake.
None of us can dictate how someone "should" act in every given situation. Her dad's literally just realised who it is, he's figuring out of the situation. What, you think he should be screaming and waving his hands around? He's an experienced police officer, well versed in staying calm under pressure. His reaction is entirely appropriate, and idle speculation about "what if she fell without Spider-Man saving her" is irrelevant. Not everyone in life panics over hypotheticals.
Maybe Gwen's father is well versed in staying calm under pressure but Eddie is not. At least Eddie should have reacted more intensely.
Eddie's portrayed as a complete and utter jerk throughout the film. Even after Spider-Man saves Gwen, he barely checks on her, only giving her a (very) half-hearted "Thank god you're OK" before turning his focus to Spider-Man. It's clear he doesn't really care about her as a person. Hence, he doesn't really react much to her life being in danger.
Agreed, his lack of reaction and indifference were done deliberately. Filmmakers wanted to hint to everybody how truly callous and heartless a person Eddie is, as he was very willing to photograph Gwen falling to her death. The movie's novelization takes this even further, depicting him as someone who actively hopes to find dead bodies and disasters to take pictures of.

Spider-Man 3 (2007)
Corrected entry: Near the end of the movie, Harry's butler informs him that his father died with his own weapon, and that Spiderman didn't kill him. I wonder what took him so long to tell him this. He has known this since the end of the first movie and has talked with Harry some times (as scene in the films), so why didn't he tell him this, when Harry was hunting Spiderman to kill him because of the revenge of his father? Doesn't make sense at all.
Correction: He didn't want Harry to think that his father lost his mind and tried to kill so many people.

The Big Bang Theory (2007)
The Shiny Trinket Maneuver - S5-E12
Corrected entry: After Amy stalks off on Sheldon, Penny tells him off because she told him some good news about her paper being published, and he belittled her achievements while bigging up his own, trivial activities. She is very specific about what he did and why Amy reacted. How did she know all of this? She was nowhere near the table at the time and could not possibly have overheard their conversation. She might assume Amy is mad at Sheldon but she can't possibly know why.
Correction: Penny is behind them cleaning a table and you actually see her overhear what they are talking about.

The Terminal (2004)
Corrected entry: When Viktor is eating crackers with ketchup/mustard/mayo, he puts a "sandwich" together and gets ready to take a bite. In this shot, there are three crackers in the "sandwich" and mustard on the top. When the shot changes to show Dixon standing there, there are five crackers in the "sandwich" and no mustard on the top cracker.
Correction: It's pretty visible that he puts 4 crackers and mustard on top at first and it's exactly the same at the wide shot with Dixon.

Forrest Gump (1994)
Corrected entry: In the scene where Forrest and Jenny reunite in Washington D.C., they embrace in the lake and the camera pans away from the two of them embracing. If you look closely, there's no reflection of their silhouettes on the water of the lake as there should be.
Correction: There is a clear reflection of them moving around.

Forrest Gump (1994)
Corrected entry: When Forrest firsts meets Jenny on the bus to school, a girl is sitting behind them, then disappears, then reappears again.. (00:12:55)
Correction: The girl is always there. The little girl's head is blocking her. In one shot you actually see a part of the girl behind her.

Couples Retreat (2009)
Corrected entry: During the "nude" scene on the beach, when Shane is asked to drop his drawers, he wears shorts initially, but then in a subsequent shot right before the "reveal", he is wearing pants.
Correction: Is there any wide shot version dvd that shows the shorts? I never saw him wearing shorts.

The One With The Engagement Picture - S7-E5
Corrected entry: During the scene where Rachel gets Tag's scarf out of his backpack and smells it, a coworker walks up. Rachel puts on the backpack to disguise what she was doing. The camera cuts away a few times and the final time she does not have the backpack on anymore.
Correction: If you watch carefully you see it all the time. Since she is wearing a black coat it's sometimes difficult to see, but the backpack is there and in the last scene she takes it off.

Correction: Firstly,I don't believe that Bruce Wayne has only one Lamborghini. Secondly Selena would have abandoned the car somewhere, she wouldn't have gone home with it to be caught by the police. And third, some days have passed from the day she took the car. Surely Bruce has the resources to recover his car and have it brought back to his house.
