Continuity mistake: During the fight between Raph and Leo, Raph breaks Leo's swords. Later when Raph gives the broken swords to Splinter they are broken much closer to the hilt then before. (00:56:40 - 01:00:25)

Continuity mistake: When April is pushing through the jungle with her hands, you can see the handle of the machete over her right shoulder. In between shots the handle then disappears and reappears a couple of times.

Continuity mistake: When Jones is hauling in general Agilus he knocks over a vase, when the camera returns to show April rubbing her forehead, the box with the general is missing but neither April nor Jones has moved.

Trivia: There are several newscasts throughout the film. During any one of these newscasts, take a look at the news stories on the ticker at the bottom of the screen. Almost all of them are somehow relevant to the movie's plot.

Trivia: Mikey Kelley is the voice of Michelangelo in this movie, and he was the original voice actor for Ratchet in the first Ratchet and Clank game. James Arnold Taylor is the voice of Leonardo in this movie, who replaced Mikey Kelley as Ratchet in Ratchet and Clank 2: Going Commando, and onward. So both voice actors for Ratchet play two different Turtles in this film.

Trivia: Famous voice actor, Mako, is the voice of Splinter in this film; however, he passed away in 2006. This movie was released the next year in 2007, making it one of two films released posthumously with Mako as a voice.
