Continuity mistake: During the fight between Raph and Leo, Raph breaks Leo's swords. Later when Raph gives the broken swords to Splinter they are broken much closer to the hilt then before. (00:56:40 - 01:00:25)

Continuity mistake: When April is pushing through the jungle with her hands, you can see the handle of the machete over her right shoulder. In between shots the handle then disappears and reappears a couple of times.

Continuity mistake: When Jones is hauling in general Agilus he knocks over a vase, when the camera returns to show April rubbing her forehead, the box with the general is missing but neither April nor Jones has moved.

Continuity mistake: When Leo is chasing Nightwatcher, he throws several blades making Nightwatcher stop and look up at him. Nightwatcher steps over them and keeps running, but when Leo jumps down and follows him the blades are now gone. (00:52:00)
