
Continuity mistake: Invasion of the Yokel Snatchers: When the aliens have the security guard beamed up to their ship, they are shown standing on a lighted area. They continue to stand in the same area without moving, but when Cletus confronts them a few seconds later, they are suddenly standing on a shadowed area.
Revealing mistake: Invasion of the Yokel Snatchers: An alien takes the coupons that Cletus is holding. After looking at them, the alien throws each of the coupons to the ground, one by one. The same animation is reused for each of the coupons falling, as shown by the fact that all of them appear to fall to the ground in the exact same fashion.

Continuity mistake: Invasion of the Yokel Snatchers: When Cletus confronts the aliens, the blue building on his right changes appearance between shots.

Continuity mistake: Invasion of the Yokel Snatchers: When the aliens lower a blue beam to take security guard up to the ship, in the shot of the beam being lowered, one alien can be seen standing next to the guard and another standing several meters away. In the next shot, the second alien is standing right next to the security guard.

Continuity mistake: Invasion of the Yokel Snatchers: In the establishing shot of the opening cutscene, to the right of shot, three bush plants can be seen in between the mall and the blue building next to it. A couple of seconds later, there is only one bush plant.

Continuity mistake: Invasion of the Yokel Snatchers: When Homer and Bart are watching the citizens get sucked up, additional cracks on the ground in front of them suddenly appear in between shots.

Continuity mistake: Bartman Begins: Whilst Bart is reading The Simpsons Game manual, the shot is panning around him. In the background, there is a lamp post visible on the corner of the street. When Homer enters the scene later on, the lamp post has changed design.

Continuity mistake: Invasion of the Yokel Snatchers: Whilst Homer and Bart are watching the citizens being taken into the spaceship and Homer is asking where mall security is, there is a water fountain visible in the far background, and there is no-one standing next to it. The shot then cuts to the water fountain, where an alien is now beside it.

Continuity mistake: Bargain Bin: When the mothership flies over the Simpson house, Bart says this must be the level boss for this part of the game, at which point Homer puts on a pair of glasses to look busy. The mothership then starts firing on them and the family start running. When the shot cuts back to them after being fired at, the glasses Homer was wearing have disappeared.

Factual error: Lisa the Tree Hugger: After saving Lenny and Carl, Bart aims his slingshot at the target controlling the factory and fires a stone from the slingshot, hitting the target. Once the stone hits the target, debris from the impact can be seen flying off the target showing that it has been destroyed, but as the dust clears, the target is virtually intact.

Continuity mistake: Big Super Happy Fun Fun Game: After Milhouse emerges from the water, Lisa says to him, "Knock it off Milhouse, we know it's you" and she has her right hand raised pointing at him. When the shot cuts, her hands are at her side.

Continuity mistake: Big Super Happy Fun Fun Game: When Homer and Lisa are talking with Milhouse in the opening cutscene, Homer and Lisa are standing on the ground about a few feet away from the ocean, but in the shot where Milhouse says "But I'm so huge", Homer and Lisa are suddenly a much further distance from the ocean.

Continuity mistake: Big Super Happy Fun Fun Game: When Homer says to Milhouse "Hey, the girl said she's not interested. Beat it loser", Lisa is standing next to Homer, slightly behind him, but in the next shot, Lisa is suddenly standing slightly in front of Homer.

Continuity mistake: Big Super Happy Fun Fun Game: In the opening shot of the ending cutscene, an overview shot is of Homer and Lisa standing in front of the huge toilet. They are standing in some mud in the overview angle, but when the shot cuts to a closet angle, they are suddenly standing on the ground, away from the mud.

Continuity mistake: Big Super Happy Fun Fun Game: When Homer and Lisa insert the three Sparklemon into the coin slots, Mr. Sparkle rises and the area where Homer and Lisa are standing and where the coin slots are located can be seen in the shot of Mr. Sparkle rising out of the giant toilet. They are seen standing on the left hand side of the giant toilet, but when Mr. Sparkle "cleans" the village, the giant toilet can be seen in shot, but Homer and Lisa are nowhere in sight.

Continuity mistake: Big Super Happy Fun Fun Game: After Mr. Sparkle tidies up the town, Milhouse shrinks down to regular size and his crown falls off his head. The crown is rolling away from Milhouse and stops slightly behind him on his left. In the next shot, the crown is suddenly far behind him.

Continuity mistake: Big Super Happy Fun Fun Game: When Milhouse is about to give the key card to Homer and Lisa, he extends his arm to hand it to them and puts his arm in a bent position. In the next shot, his arm is fully extended, with no visible bend.

Continuity mistake: Lisa the Tree Hugger: In the opening shot from the first cutscene in this level, there is dirt at the bottom of the door to the Auntie Nature logging company. The door is there throughout the opening cutscene, but there is no sign of the mud at the bottom of the door in any other shot.
Continuity mistake: Around the World in 80 Bites: After Homer has been declared the winner, a pair of massive dentures are unveiled and the winner of the previous race gives Homer the belt. When Homer is attempting to put the belt on him, there is a small distance between him and the dentures. In the next shot, Homer has suddenly moved closer to the dentures.

Continuity mistake: Mob Rules: When Ned says Grand Theft Scratchy is going to turn kids into Stabby Sam's and Drive-by Denny's, Lisa is standing straight facing Ned and Marge is standing 90° to the right. The shot cuts and suddenly Lisa is standing 90° to the left facing Marge and Marge is standing straight forwards facing Ned.
