Deliberate mistake: Enter The Cheatrix: Any time in this level that shows one player jump into a pipe, the next scene shows two players exiting the pipe at the same time.
Continuity mistake: Enter The Cheatrix: After Bart and Lisa break into Frink's basement, they discover a Rift Portal. The first shot shows the "DO NOT USE" sign a foot above Bart and Lisa's height. But as Bart walks into the portal, the sign is suddenly located at the same height as Bart.
Continuity mistake: Level 12 "Grand Theft Scratchy" cutscene: When Marge tells Poochie that even he isn't "extreme enough to resist the power of a stay-at-home mom, with too much time on her hands," Poochie is wearing two bracelets, but next shot both bracelets have vanished, then continues to reappear (even mid-shot) and disappear again.
