Continuity mistake: During the chase in Paris, Storm Shadow is wearing a suit. However, in the helicopter right before his flashback, he is wearing his combat outfit. When the helicopter lands, he's back in the suit.

Character mistake: Scarlett says that since McCullen is from Scotland, he speaks Celtic. Celtic is a group of languages, not a language unto itself (something a genius like Scarlett would most likely know); it would be like saying someone speaks Semitic or Germanic. McCullen would probably speak Scots or Scottish Gaelic, the official languages used in Scotland.
Factual error: During the rooftop scene overlooking the Lincoln Memorial and National Mall, aside from no building being built there to see such a perspective, it would have to be built in the Potomac river to get such a view.
Continuity mistake: In the flashback scene where the younger Snake Eyes and Storm Shadow are fighting in the kitchen, Storm Shadow kicks the burners on on the grill as Snake Eyes runs across them. In the next shots, the grill is turned off to allow Storm Shadow to perform his leg lock choke hold just before the Hard Master walks in. (00:44:20)
Revealing mistake: When SnakeEyes is hanging from underneath the Hummer, the same shot of him turning his head is used twice: the first time just before Scarlett blows the head off of the guy who the Baroness orders to kill SnakeEyes, and the second time just before the train hits the Hummer. Visible crew/equipment: In the scene where the Joes go over and through the tram/train, look closely at the occupants standing in the train. All are fully clothed head to toe in black (including ski masks). Looks like stunt man with protective gear on to not get harmed by the shattering glass. (01:00:45)
Continuity mistake: When Duke suited up in the van before the car chase in Paris, the Gatling gun was on his right arm, while the rockets were on his left. During the chase, right after they determined the target was the Eiffel Tower, Duke raised his left arm to fire the Gatling gun. Character mistake: Stormshadow is a Japanese American, but in Snake-Eyes's flashback set in Tokyo, Japan 20 years earlier, Stormshadow calls out "Do dook nom ee dah," which is Korean translated to "Thief!" when he spots Snake-Eyes. (00:43:25)
Suggested correction: Traditionally Stormshadow is Japanese American. In this film he is played as a child by Brandon Soo Hoo (a Chinese/American actor) and as an adult by Byung-Hun Lee (a Korean actor). Although it is never stated, it is clear based on the fact that the young actor speaks Korean and as an adult is played by a famous Korean actor, Stormshadow in this film is intended to be of Korean heritage.
Continuity mistake: During the chase in Paris one of the GIs jumps through a train. Since he is heavy and moving forward, and the train is moving to his left, this exit hole in the train would be further back than his entry hole. But in the clip where he is inside the train, you can see the train moving - but he is moving with the train. That is wrong. The train would be moving left relative to him (even though the shot is in slow motion). (01:00:45)
Revealing mistake: Around 40 minutes in the movie during the fight scene, a Humvee gets hit by 3 bullets (2 in the second door, 1 behind the door). Besides looking very fake, the bullet holes seem to have dissapeared when the Humvee is blown away a few seconds later.
Other mistake: The train hits the Hummer in its back right corner, yet in spite of this, the Hummer still manages to get launched perfectly straight into the air. The hit from the train should have meant the Hummer was at least spinning sideways in the air as it was launched. (01:00:30)
Continuity mistake: At the very beginning, as Ana is running away with the Nano warheads with Duke following, she is first holding the case in her right hand. Cut to a shot in front of her and the case is now in her left hand. It is back in her right hand in the next shot. (00:12:10)
Revealing mistake: The clarity of the water in the Arctic scenes would not allow anyone to see the underground base from as far away as it was seen throughout various points in the movie. (01:14:45)
Factual error: They show the funeral at a military cemetery among headstones. When a military funeral is planned, the funerals for that day are completed together, meaning person 1 is buried here, person 2 next to person 1 and so on. There are only mounds of dirt until the headstone comes in weeks after the funeral. Even if the spouse has passed, the old headstone is added to the grave because a new headstone has to be ordered and erected.
Continuity mistake: When they have loaded and just taken off from the laboratory in Paris, the warhead case is on the ground beside the SUV.
Continuity mistake: When Ripcord is chasing down the warheads up high in the "Night Raven" plane, the heads-up-display indicates him being at around 65,000 feet. When he chases one down to Washington DC and is flying no more than 200 feet off of the ground, the HUD is still indicating an altitude of around 65,000 feet.
Continuity mistake: That scene where they almost run into the coach obviously has a cross road, but with the conversation continuing in the following shots, there is no intersection running across, or sight of the passenger vehicle.
Continuity mistake: When chasing the missile heading for Moscow it is said that they must stop the missile before it re-enters the atmosphere. But there are clouds all around them and the sky is blue. They are in the (very low!) atmosphere. (01:31:00)
Suggested correction: Scarlett certainly took this into account when she suggested the words for Ripcord to speak. Scottish Gaelic is a Celtic language so Scarlett was still correct, she was just simplifying for expediency.
