Continuity mistake: After the Hummer crashes into the train during the chase in Paris, Ana crawls out of the wreck. The right side of her face is covered in streaks of blood. Seconds later, as she runs into the balloon guy, her face is spotless. The blood returns when Ana enters the glass elevator.

Continuity mistake: You can see the scar on Duke's cheek changes size throughout the movie. Compare the scar at the beginning of the film and the end. Much longer at the start, but at the end it is really small.

Continuity mistake: At the very beginning, as Ana is running away with the Nano warheads with Duke following, she is first holding the case in her right hand. Cut to a shot in front of her and the case is now in her left hand. It is back in her right hand in the next shot.

Breaker: He doesn't say.

In the underwater scene when Rex blows up the ice pack, ice appears to be denser than water in this situation. The ice sinks when it's blown up, and even if there were pieces of metal on top of the ice, it shouldn't. Some pieces the size of a five-story building have no metal and still sink.

In the scene where Ripcord and Duke are in the transport and Ripcord pats Heavy Duty on the back and gets his arm twisted as a result, Ripcord makes a crack about Heavy Duty having a "Kung Fu Grip". This refers to some of the earliest G.I. Joe's action figures who were advertised to have the Kung Fu Grip.
