Continuity mistake: When Leo walks out of the bathroom with his pants down saying, "Ran out of toilet paper, you got any out here?", the security guard behind him is walking towards him, at the right of the airplane. Next shot that security guard behind him is to the left of the airplane. (01:20:55)
Continuity mistake: When Simmons is on the radio with Captain Wilder, who is aboard the USS Stennis, the radio cord around Simmons's neck is either over or under the flight jacket's fur collar, and then in the last shot the cord is suddenly off. (02:05:15)
Continuity mistake: When Sam's parents are spat out by Bonecrusher in Egypt, Sam's mom is wearing pants. In the next scene when they all meet up she has a skirt on with the same pattern as the pants. (01:59:52)
Continuity mistake: In the party scene when Sam is standing and holding his drink, every time it switches angles the amount of liquid in the glass keeps changing. First it's full. Next it's half empty. Next it's almost full again.
Continuity mistake: When Optimus is shot in the battle in the forest, he loses one of the chrome bumpers on his chest, and the other one is heavily damaged. The latter one is attached to HIS right side. But in the shot where he says: ''Sam. run.'', the bumper is attached to the left side of his chest. (01:01:15 - 01:03:05)
Continuity mistake: At the James S. McDonnell Space Hangar, the entire information booth that is directly behind Jetfire (it was seen close-up when Leo walked out of the bathroom with his pants down) has vanished as he exclaims, "Behold the eternal glory of Jetfire!" (01:21:00)
Answer: After the tomb, he doesn't appear onscreen again. There's no indication as to what happened to him.
