Audio problem: When one of Mr Big's henchmen points his gun at Bond when he is in Mr Big's apartment, he says "Mr Big's gonna take care of you in a minute." but viewed from behind, his lips aren't moving when he says it. (00:23:35)
Audio problem: In the scene where Kananga's henchman, Adam, is being interrogated by Sheriff Pepper by his car at the riverside, the boat chase arrives and two boats jump clearly overhead, disillusioning Sheriff Pepper and allowing Adam to make a quick getaway. However, as Adam is getting away in his car, screeches can be heard coming from the tyres, but they are on a dry dirt road. (01:29:40)
Audio problem: Before Bond and Solitaire get into Kanaga's den at the end of the movie, we see two guards running. However, there are only footsteps from one person. (01:48:45)
Chosen answer: Bond just stored the bullet in his own mouth to hide it. As he puts it in Kananga's mouth he presumably pulls a pin, or forces Kananga to bite it.
