Continuity mistake: When the guy with the snake is shot, Baron Samedi reappears and you can distinctly see the bloke holding the snake again. (01:47:00)
Visible crew/equipment: When 007 takes the taxi outside the Oh Voodoo Cult Shop, you can see the reflection of the crew on the window of the car. (00:20:45)
Continuity mistake: Watch the way the bloke at the beginning is holding the snake. Every time the camera shows him from behind, he has one hand by its head, yet each time the angle changes to the front, his hand is halfway down the snake's body. (00:04:40)
Revealing mistake: When Tee Hee bends the barrel of Bond's Walther PPK, in the close-up, the score marks where the barrel has been pre-cut are visible. (00:24:50)
Revealing mistake: At the end of the film, when James Bond pushes Tee Hee outside the train, you can see his real arm during one quick shot. (01:59:40)
Continuity mistake: After Bond has finished ripping the wings off the Cessna and parks up, he speaks to the old female pilot, and in doing so, the camera shows that the wings behind her head are still intact, when they were already ripped off at this point. (01:06:25 - 01:07:05)
Visible crew/equipment: In New York City, when the taxicab goes up the steps and crashes into the trash cans, the ramp that the car travels on is visible. (00:15:45)
Trivia: When Sergeant J.W. Pepper has arrested Adam, three speedboats fly over them, and one of the boats crashes into Pepper's car, destroying it. This was not intended; it was purely an accident. However, the producers thought it looked good on camera and kept it in the film. (01:29:50)
Trivia: Bond uses a Smith and Wesson Model 29, .44 "Magnum" revolver when rescuing "Solitaire" near the end of the film, the same type of gun used by Clint Eastwood in the film "Dirty Harry". (01:45:00)
Visible crew/equipment: Four patrol cars are chasing Bond and the villain by the road. Bond and the villain arrive at a dead end and they jump over the road with their boats. The four vehicles collide just after. Look carefully and you will see that the right-seat passenger of the red car and the driver of the blue one wear a yellow protective helmet. (01:36:45)
Revealing mistake: When Madeline Smith (The Italian agent credited as Beautiful Girl) emerges from the wardrobe / closet, she embraces Roger Moore. He then uses his magnetic Rolex to pull down the zipper on the back of her dress. If you look closely, you can see the cable/wire under dress pulling the zipper down. (00:12:20 - 00:12:00)
Revealing mistake: As "Tee Hee" (the man with the claw) escorts Bond to the alligator pond at the farm, they at one point stand next to each other. You can see that Tee Hee's prosthetic arm is much longer than his real one- about as long as you might expect it to be, if the actor is really holding a prop with his actual (and perfectly good) hand. (01:20:55)
Continuity mistake: When approaching Solitaire, the voodoo priest's grip on the snake changes between shots. (01:44:15)
Trivia: The first James Bond film to not be scored by John Barry. (00:07:10)
Other mistake: When Bond is sitting in the chair and Kananga is checking to see if he deflowered Solitaire, the metal arm restraints only cover 1/2 of Bond's arms, which would allow for Bond to easily escape by just slipping his arms out. (01:11:30 - 01:17:00)
Visible crew/equipment: Just before James Bond throws Tee Hee out the train window, look carefully at the glass and you will see the reflection of a crew member watching the action. (01:59:40)
Continuity mistake: When Bond and Kanaga falls into the shark pool, they fall apart from each other. However, when we see them from under water, they are holding onto each other. (01:54:35)
Continuity mistake: During the chase scene when several men in boats are chasing Bond in a boat, one of the bad guys steals a black speedboat from the Sheriff's brother-in-law. The bottom of the black speedboat collects white scuff marks as the chase continues, but the scuffs increase and decrease erratically, indicating that the sequences were not shot in the order we see in the film. (01:35:15 - 01:38:25)
Continuity mistake: After Bond is picked up by the taxi at the airport in New York, Whisper in the "white pimpmobile", as Felix Leiter puts it, shoots the taxi driver in the head. The car then swerves from the second-left lane on the road to the very left lane. But in the next shot of Bond's head you can see through the rear window that there is a car on the left side of the taxi, indicating that the car is still in the second-left lane. In the next shot the taxi is back in the very left lane. (00:15:00)

Answer: As far as I can tell, yes. Unless you count "Die Another Day," where the singer of the title song (Madonna) appears in a scene, as well as the song being remixed for the party scene in the ice castle.
