Visible crew/equipment: Watch carefully the scene where the raptors enter the kitchen (that angle where you can see almost the whole kitchen while raptors are coming in from the far away door). As the first raptor enters the kitchen, you can see someone grabbing its tail to hold the puppet-thing steady. (01:44:40)
Visible crew/equipment: While Jophery's being attacked by the Velociraptors he's pulled out of Muldoon's arms, and when Jophery is yanked upward we can see the stunt cable at his side attached to the harness.
Visible crew/equipment: After Ian is thrown to the ground by the T. Rex, it cuts to Gennaro sitting in the collapsing bathroom hut, and we can see the set's scaffolding at the top of the screen. This is best seen on fullscreen DVD/VHS.
Visible crew/equipment: In the opening scene, a velociraptor is being introduced into the park from a shipping container. The velociraptor runs into the gate as it opens, knocking Jophery off the top; he falls to the ground and is attacked. As he falls, two hands come in to break his fall and prevent him from hitting the camera or hurting himself. (00:02:30)
Visible crew/equipment: After escaping the T. Rex, when Alan and the kids climb the huge tree we can see a bit of what looks like netting at the top right side of the screen and also the set's scaffolding at the left side, then after the scene with Hammond and Ellie in the dining hall, when it cuts back to Alan and the kids we can see much more of the netting behind the tree set, at the top of the screen.
Visible crew/equipment: After Alan, Ellie, Lex and Tim run into the control room Alan tells Ellie to boot up the door locks, and when the Raptor opens the door Alan drops his gun and we can see two distinct reflections on the glass - the Raptor's puppet head on someone's arm as it pushes on the door from outside the room, and also the reflection of a crew member (presumably standing in the camera area).
Visible crew/equipment: While Alan and Ellie are trying to keep the Velociraptor out of the control room Lex is on the computer trying to find the file to restart the security systems, and after Tim shouts, "Come on Lex!" it cuts to a closeup of the Raptor's claws at the door and we can see the crew member's head.
Visible crew/equipment: After the T. Rex flips Explorer 4 upside down it continues to attack the vehicle with the kids inside, and when it cuts to the T. Rex chomping on the tire, as the vehicle moves around we can see the hanging bundle of wires leading up through the window and also what looks like a crew member or something else that shouldn't be there, outside the vehicle behind Lex. Even if the wires were to belong to the Explorer they shouldn't be leading up and outside the way they are.
Visible crew/equipment: When the T-Rex is knocking the car with Lex and Tim in it, he knocks it once, and then again making the Explorer flip over. If you watch carefully, you can see a big wooden pot containing one of the fake trees for the set and a stage light. This mistake has since been corrected on blu-ray. (01:03:40)
Visible crew/equipment: When the Explorer vehicles begin the tour, we hear the voice of Richard Kiley explaining that the first dinosaurs on their tour are a herd of Dilophosaurus, and in the next shot of Alan the reflection of the camera can be seen on the surface of the window.
Visible crew/equipment: In the scene where Grant and Lex are hanging from the fence cables on the wall in the Tyrannosaur paddock they start swinging back and forth to avoid the truck that is about to fall on them. Look closely in some of the closeup shots, you can see that the cable that Grant is holding on is actually a safety rig. The harness straps are visible.
Visible crew/equipment: When the two Explorer vehicles begin the tour and drive past the huge automated wood doors, if we look at the area between the two doors just as the doors are shut we can see someone's arm come down from behind the door on the right, presumably to keep both doors properly closed for the shot.
Visible crew/equipment: In the kitchen scene, when the raptor appears in the small window. You can see movement (possibly a reflection of a camera person's arm) on the surface of the door, right below the window. (01:43:45)
Visible crew/equipment: When Lex & Tim are hiding from the two raptors in the kitchen, a ladle (a soup spoon) by Tim's head falls to the floor and attracts the attention of the raptors. If you watch the top of the ladle right before it falls, from the right you can clearly see the shadow of the device that causes it to turn and fall. (01:45:55)
Visible crew/equipment: When Nedry is getting eaten by the spitter dinosaur, if you look down at the bottom of the Jeep, you can see the lights reflecting off of the camera lens. (01:10:35)
Visible crew/equipment: When Hammond and Muldoon enter the control room with the weather report look to the right of the door. The dark camera is visible in the reflection and it moves away as they walk by. (00:38:50)
Visible crew/equipment: When Tim is following Grant before they start the vehicle tour,Tim sits in the first car.Look to the right of the door frame and you will see a dark shadow get larger.This is obviously the camera.When Grant finally shuts the door the large shadow is even more visible. Visible crew/equipment: In the scene where Nedry crashes for the first time into the sign,just before he crashes the camera cuts to the interior of the car, you then get a very slight glimpse of a visible crew member carrying what seems to be a torch on the left hand side of the screen. (00:57:00)
Visible crew/equipment: When the two Explorers start off on the tour of the island and the vehicles reach the Dilophosaur exhibit, there is a shot of Lex, Tim and Gennaro, looking out their Explorer's passenger-side windows. Right above their heads, fastened directly above each window, are wind-screen covered microphones. Obviously placed there to pick up actor dialog, neither of these particular mikes are seen again before or after this shot. (00:42:20)
