Continuity mistake: When Cindy is writing down the message for Cody, George has both of his hands on Cody's shoulders. When it cuts to a closeup of Cody, George only has one hand on Cody's shoulder. (00:44:50)

Continuity mistake: When Cindy arrive at the lighthouse we can from distance see the entrance in to the lighthouse is surrounded by rocks. But when Cindy gets there, no rocks are seen. (00:51:20)
Revealing mistake: When Cindy has parked the car outside the lighthouse you see her open the car door and get out. You can also see the reflection of a building, even though there should be nothing more than a lighthouse out there. (00:51:25)
Continuity mistake: When Cindy gets to the lighthouse she is on an open field. But in the next shot a tree and a fence appear from out of nowhere. (00:51:25)
Continuity mistake: When Cindy is going to enter the lighthouse, you can see that the wind has got some of her hair in front of her forehead. When inside the lighthouse, you can see when Cindy appears in the monitors that she has got her hair combed, and in a different style. (00:51:30)
