Continuity mistake: Inside the container where Jackie and Jai are trapped we can see Jai holding up a stick with a knob on top of it. When it cuts the knob is gone, which means the stick is turned around. It cuts again and the knob is back on top. (00:35:55)
Continuity mistake: When Jackie is sitting in the truck and he spots the light coming up from the sewage he gets out of the car while placing his right hand on the truck. When it cuts his arms are down. (00:09:25)
Continuity mistake: When we first see Jackie looking at the "Sea Horizon" through the binoculars he is wearing camouflage. Later when they are boarding the "Sea Horizon" the camouflage is gone. (00:14:25 - 00:15:15)
Continuity mistake: When Jackie removes the lid from the sewage opening the angle he is standing while looking down changes when it cuts from inside the opening. His grip on the lid also changes between the shots. (00:10:00)
Continuity mistake: When Snakehead moves the knife away from the old mans chin we see in the wide shot that the old man puts his hand to his mouth. When it cuts to a close-up he does it again. (00:02:50)
Continuity mistake: When one of the bad guys spots Jackie and his men lying on the container he pulls up his gun holding it with both hands. When it cuts from the bad guys point of view we see him holding it with one hand only. When it cuts again he is holding it with both hands. (00:16:50)
Audio problem: When Watson falls down the stairs in the holy temple it sounds like he is falling on several items on the floor. The sound of a bottle twirling on the floor can also be heard. When it cuts to them walking further we can see nothing on the floor that could have made such noise. (00:08:25)
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Jackie and a bad guy are pointing their guns at each other, Jackie turns his gun against the guy's gun. The distance of their guns and Jackie's gun's angle change between the shots. (00:18:20)
Continuity mistake: When Nicole arrive at the hospital and calling for Jai, watch the men running behind her. None of them is holding a gun. When it cuts one of them is suddenly running with a gun in his hand while aiming. (00:48:10)
Continuity mistake: When one of the bad guys is shooting at Charlotte, Watson gets mad and shouts "How dare you shoot at my wife" while shooting at him. When the man falls down we can see him falling with his back first. When it cuts he comes down front first. (01:03:45)
Continuity mistake: When Giscard grabs Snakehead and says "Cops. We gotta go," we see him grabbing Snakehead's left arm. When it cuts he is holding around Snakehead's waist. (00:12:00)
Continuity mistake: When Jackie shows the medallion to Nicole we can see Jackie holding the medallion with one hand. Even though he is holding his other hand up as well we can see it isn't holding the medallion. When it cuts Jackie is holding it with both hands. Also now Nicole is suddenly touching the medallion. (01:00:45)
Continuity mistake: When we see Watson flying his machine we can see him looking at a map. It cuts to a wide shot and he is not looking at the map. Then it cuts back to him and he is looking at the map again. (01:06:55)
Continuity mistake: When Jackie and Watson get to the office and Jackie says "We're partners, we're good together. You need me," we see Watson give some files to a man. The way the man is holding the files differs between shots. (00:23:35)
Continuity mistake: When Jackie throws away the octopus he is about to eat he runs over the road and a white car is coming against him. We can see that Jackie is going to be hit by the car, but the scene is cut to a frontal shot of him running. But this time he is running a bit different and isn't hit at all. (During the ending credits they show Jackie getting hit by the car from a different angle). (00:05:15)
Continuity mistake: When Jackie is waiting for his octopus meal he is holding his hand on the counter. On the counter edge we can see a piece of cloth. When it cuts the cloth is gone, and a sort of cookie has appeared as well. (00:03:25)
Continuity mistake: After Snakehead gets away from Jackie the first time he is sitting in his car. When he says "Interpol is all over me. Can't stay here any longer", he has his hands down. In the following scene his hand is by his chin. (00:13:40)
Continuity mistake: When Jackie's foot is impaled by the pole thrown by Snakehead the pole bends away from Jackie. When it cuts to Jackie sliding off the pole it bends against him. (01:15:00)
Continuity mistake: At the hospital when Jackie jumps through the air and grabs the pole the curtains are hanging from, we can see a curtain land on the bed that Jackie is about to land on. When it cuts, the curtain is on the floor. (00:48:05)
Revealing mistake: When the girl sees Jackie is alive, a guy punches through a window. The glass shatters before his fist hits it. Try watching it in slo-mo. (00:56:55)
