Continuity mistake: When Charlotte is being shot at she jumps on a banister. On the floor we can see a carpet. Later when she jumps down the carpet has moved closer to the wall. (01:03:40)
Continuity mistake: When Watson uncovers Jackie's dead body to show it to Jackie himself, the way the sheet is folded changes between the shots. (00:42:25)
Continuity mistake: When Jackie gets to Jai, they are surrounded by burning curtains. Jackie covers Jai in Jai's cloth and jumps through the fire. If you look closely you can actually see the cloth catch fire as Jackie jumps through the fire. When it cuts to a close-up of Jackie the cloth isn't burning anymore. (00:12:35)
Revealing mistake: When the man who is eating hears Nicole knock on the door and he opens it, there is a shot from the top when she kicks him in the head. If you pause it when her foot has just hit the donut you can see that the person is a dummy. (01:11:50)
Continuity mistake: When Jackie accidentally hits the door, making it fly through the air, the color of the door changes from light green to vanilla white. (00:47:50)
Continuity mistake: When Eddie and Watson first follow the nurse, Eddie opens the doors and is on the right of Watson. In the next shot, he's on the left.
Deliberate mistake: When Giscard jumps over the bikes you can see the bikes are stacked closed to each other. When Jackie 'runs' over them the distance between the bikes has increased. This was probably done to make the 'running' more natural looking. (00:30:25)
Continuity mistake: In the beginning when the old man opens the book you can see there is nothing on the desk. When Snakehead close the book a knife suddenly appears on the desk. (00:01:40)
Other mistake: The girl finds out Jackie is alive but she can't hear the helicopter, which is right outside, until the guy punches through the window. (00:57:00)
Continuity mistake: When Watson enters Hammerstock-Smythe's office his badge is hanging outside his jacket. When Jackie hands him the picture of Jai his badge is now under his jacket. (00:21:50)
Continuity mistake: When the container falls into the water it lands right beside the ship. But when we see it landing from under water there is no sight of the ship anywhere on the screen. (00:37:45)
Continuity mistake: There is one point in the hospital scene where there's a close-up of the evil female nurse who shoots a quick glance behind her (towards us) and you can see that she looks nothing like she did moments earlier. In fact, she looks almost like a man.
Continuity mistake: When Jackie bashed several henchmen of Snakehead, there is no nurse in the room. Then, when he hides from Nicole, he makes a signal to Watson. Behind Watson, you can see a nurse come in and out of the screen on the right side.
Continuity mistake: When Jackie and Watson are on the video conference with the other professors, the professor that knows all about the medallion switches from sitting with a guitar and not sitting with a guitar. In one shot his sunglasses also disappear. (00:52:55)
Continuity mistake: Around the beginning of the film Jackie is fighting some guys in some underground tunnel and you can see his shadow on the wall behind him. It is in the wrong direction considering where the light is coming from. (00:11:00)
Audio problem: When Jackie is chasing the black guy he runs across some bikes. You can hear bells ringing even though he is running on the seats. (00:30:25)
Continuity mistake: When Eddie is chasing the black guy in a black suit the sun changes between shots. (00:33:00)
Continuity mistake: When Giscard is running away from Jackie he jumps over a fence and a table where two men are sitting. At that point the seat under the umbrella by the fence is empty. When Jackie jumps over the fence a woman is suddenly sitting there. (00:30:10)
Deliberate mistake: At the pier when Watson parks the car he parks right next to a white van. When it cuts we can see Watson's car has moved a few feet away from the van so that it is possible to open the doors of his car. (00:32:45)
Visible crew/equipment: When Nicole arrives at the hospital Jackie runs away hiding. When Nicole leaves we see Jackie looking through the door window. As he opens the door and leaves the room we can see a man just standing there. This for sure is no doctor of the hospital as he is wearing normal clothes. Also, why would he be standing there anyway? There has just been fired multiple shots. Wouldn't he be hiding? Also he isn't paying any attention to Jackie standing there. (00:49:15)
