Continuity mistake: The person assaulted by the James Bond clone at the beginning of the movie is walking across the square; he casts shadows in directions not coherent from shot to shot. (00:00:50)
Continuity mistake: After infiltrating the Rammstein concert using his sonic screwdriver, the secret agent is moshing his way through the rabid crowd. In the initial phase of the chase, shortly after Yorgi says "Zaraza" you can see that the band members are not wearing their mouth flamethrowers yet, or they already are, with no continuity. (00:02:10)
Continuity mistake: In the opening scene at the rave, Yorgi instructs Kirill to shoot the man in the suit. In the initial shot of Yorgi telling him, Kirill puts the cigarette behind his ear. In the following shot, he puts it there again. (00:02:30)
Continuity mistake: In the beginning, when Xander steals the corvette, he goes into a reverse 180. When the camera angle is switched to camera 2, he's clearly coming out of a power slide (i.e. fishtail). (00:06:20)
Continuity mistake: Senator Dick Hotchkiss leaves the car in the capable hands of the 'man from Tijuana'. He walks towards the club with his trophy blonde and shakes hands with two people. Meanwhile the valet puts the reverse and zooms away. The senator turns, but the two people he was chatting with are gone. (00:06:20)
Continuity mistake: When XXX steals the Corvette, we see he breaks one of the side view mirrors. On the following shot we can quickly see that one side view mirror is broken and the other one is not. Then when XXX starts talking we see that both mirrors are broken. (00:06:25)
Continuity mistake: In the scene just after the senator calls the cops, you see XXX round a corner in the Corvette, look closely and you will see both mirrors still intact, but in the next scene, they are gone again. (00:06:44)
Continuity mistake: After Xander's car jumps off the bridge, you can see in one shot that he is jumping from the car. In the following shot, Xander is opening his parachute and jumps off the car. (00:08:40)
Continuity mistake: When the cops look at Tony Hawk and the others driving off, from the bridge the parachute is less spread all over the trunk than in the close-up of their taunting. (00:09:45)
Continuity mistake: Xander is hit for the first time by a tranquilizing dart. He plucks it out and then begins to collapse, holding the dart in hand, his right one. The faraway shot shows him fall but A) he is still just plucking out the dart and B) he holds it in his left hand. (00:12:20)
Continuity mistake: When Triple X is brought to the diner, he has no jacket on. Later on in the plane, he's got a jacket on. When he's on that farm, the jacket is gone again, but when the raid is going on, he has got his jacket back. I don't know where he's always hiding his jacket, but it must be a really clever place to hide it. (00:12:30 - 00:22:30)
Continuity mistake: When Xander is in the Diner you can see his watch three times. It shows a different time the first time you can see it than the second and third time. (00:12:40)
Continuity mistake: The waitress pours Xander some coffee with very shaky hands. You can see instantly Xander reach the cup and lift it, but the next shot shows him taking his time, glance suspiciously at the waitress and only then pick his coffee up. (00:13:20)
Continuity mistake: When Vin Diesel and the guy who kinda looks like him look at each other as they just woke up, Mini-Diesel's leg is at a different angle in the two shots. (00:16:35)
Continuity mistake: When XXX is hanging by his arms in the shed, just before he tells the bad guy he is short, the bad guy is holding onto XXX's shirt. In the next shot of the bad guy, he is isn't holding the shirt, yet in the next shot of XXX, the bad guy's hand is holding the shirt as before. (00:19:45)
Continuity mistake: When Xander Cage is hung up by his arms in the barn, he is hit by a man with his left hand holding a large knife in his right hand. When the man hits him again it is with his right hand, which should have the knife still in it, but it doesn't. There is no camera shot of the knife at all when the man hits Cage with his right hand, so where did it go? (00:21:00)
Continuity mistake: When XXX has to take the second test, after he runs out of the shack where the insane guy is, he finds a dirt bike. The dirt bike changes colours 3 times. (00:23:50)
Continuity mistake: When XXX jumps with his bike at the man with the golden dentures, in the wider shot the man raises his weapon, but in the semi-POV shot his face is completely open for the bike trajectory, no weapon in sight. (00:26:05)
Continuity mistake: When Xander barges into Yorgi's private section saying "Yo, I'm American", the two goons behind him are quick to hold him at gunpoint. They also hold a different position between shots (the one with long hair suddenly has his hand on his knee and the other one re-points the gun). (00:35:20)
Continuity mistake: Yorgi's henchman with the super-pointy stache beckons Xander in close-up once he hears the word "cops." In the same shot he lowers the hand he was using to gesture, but the same hand is still up beckoning in the next shot. (00:35:35)
