Visible crew/equipment: At the beginning when Frank is giving Freddy the office tour, you can see camera shadows on the shelves as the camera goes across the aisles following the two men - just after they pack the female skeleton.

Visible crew/equipment: When Tom, Frank and Burt are trying to kill the first corpse they cut its head off and it runs around decapitated. There are a few shots where you can see its head.
