Continuity mistake: When Portnow meets with Bishop at the church, in the first closeup of Bishop's crossword puzzle the word "MUD" is the second word across at the top, and at the center of the puzzle the 4-letter word "GEAR" is written in the 5-letter answer - with the fist space left empty. However, in the next closeup of the puzzle, now the word "ETA" is the second word at the top and "MUD" is the third, and the word "GEARS" has the "S" added, with the letter "G" started properly in the first space of the answer. Continuity mistake: When Adam Sandler reverses into the police car, he damages the Bentley he is driving at the back end. When the police chase him, the back end is not damaged at all. (00:06:35)

Continuity mistake: When Ava is in Yuri's trailer discovering all the guns and things, Nicolai is shown behind the blue things hanging from the ceiling. It cuts to a close up of Ava, then it cuts back to where you can see where Nicolai was standing, but he is gone. It cuts back to Ava and then back again, and he is there.
Continuity mistake: When Ice Cube is running out from jail, he kicks out the ventilator and climbs up the roof. Next shot from far, the ventilator is in its place. (00:11:10)

Continuity mistake: In the last scene of the shoot-out, watch as the blood pattern changes on Baby's left cheek and lip area.
Continuity mistake: In the airport scene Scott Caan introduces his new "girl" to Paul Walker and Jessica Alba. In the background behind Paul you see a long-haired brunette wearing a strapless shirt walk out of the terminal and continue past the camera. The shot changes to a wide angle of the four main characters, and a second or so after the change you see the same brunette come out of the terminal again.
Continuity mistake: Towards the end, as Willis and Pollack drive the van, Willis is seen inserting the magazines in two handguns. The next scene shows hims putting the second gun on the center console, it has no magazine in it.
Continuity mistake: When detective Connors and his partner enter Gina's apartment, Connors is at first holding his gun with both hands, but in the next shot, he is holding it with just his right hand.
Continuity mistake: When Choco and Ed get into a fight in the hotel room, Choco puts a gun to Ed's face and pulls the hammer back of the revolver. Ed backs away and it shows Choco pulling the hammer back a 2nd time. You can hear the click of the hammer both times.
Continuity mistake: When in the Abbey, Bovver is on a table singing West Ham's team song. When everyone sings "Lets go F*ing mental" and starts throwing beer on Bovver his hair gets visibly wet. It cuts to another shot then back to Bovver whose hair is now dry. He is again doused in beer, then confronts Matt in the bathroom again with dry hair and clothing.
