Continuity mistake: On Utapau, when Obi-Wan faces off with Grievous, Grievous sends 4 MagnaGuards against Obi-Wan. Obi-Wan Force-pulls something from the ceiling to crush the droids. But in the ensuing fight between Obi-Wan and Grievous, the ceiling thing and crushed droids are gone.
Continuity mistake: On the ferry, Rachel wears the purple/pink camouflage hoodie over her orange knit sweater with the colorful stripe sleeves, as usual. Now this is where things become strange. In the first shot as the trio come ashore, she is only wearing her orange sweater, she is not wearing the purple/pink hoodie - note the clear lack of fur hood. In the very next shot as they climb a bit more and then rest, Rachel is wearing the purple/pink hoodie - note the hood, but now it's on under her orange sweater. In the underwater shots she is also wearing it under the orange sweater. (This odd mistake has absolutely nothing to do with the very long wool cloak that Rachel wears in the next scene). Continuity mistake: When Portnow meets with Bishop at the church, in the first closeup of Bishop's crossword puzzle the word "MUD" is the second word across at the top, and at the center of the puzzle the 4-letter word "GEAR" is written in the 5-letter answer - with the fist space left empty. However, in the next closeup of the puzzle, now the word "ETA" is the second word at the top and "MUD" is the third, and the word "GEARS" has the "S" added, with the letter "G" started properly in the first space of the answer. Continuity mistake: When Edmund speaks with the White Witch the first time, as he eats the Turkish Delight candy, the amount and pattern of powdered sugar that remains on his lips differs in the following shots, depending on camera angle. (00:31:10)
Continuity mistake: During one of the scenes when Brad Pitt arrives home, he is driving a Lincoln Town Car, not his Cadillac. This is the car that he doesn't get until later, when he steals it and drives home during the scene when they crash the cars into each other at the end of the driveway.
Suggested correction: Didn't he steal the Lincoln after the restaurant?
He did. But, the car appears before he steals it when he drives home after going to her office.
Continuity mistake: When Constantine manages to get the mirror through the window he falls on his back. To the right on the screen a chair lies on the floor beside a dresser. A few shots later when it cuts to Constantine getting up we can see the chair has changed position as its back now covers the opening of the dresser. (00:08:15)
Continuity mistake: When Lincoln and Jordan are running to the Zone 6 door during their escape Lincoln throws a person into Jordan knocking her down. However in the next scene she is miraculously right behind Lincoln again.
Continuity mistake: As V attacks all of Creedy's men with his knives, in one shot he cuts one man's neck, and blood sprays onto the man's face, but in the next shot as the man falls, his face is clean.
Continuity mistake: In the boat chase scene with Dirk, Al and Rudi, the glass at the front of the boat gets shot out and then appears intact in the next scene, but is shot into pieces seconds later.
Continuity mistake: Sithandra grabs a branch as she runs through the garden, which changes in appearance between shots.
Continuity mistake: When Vin Diesel gets hit by the sprinklers at the beginning when he gets in the house his pants are completely dry.
Continuity mistake: When Jimmy is getting ready to propose, in the shot where he pets his dog, you can see in the first shot from in front he is not moving, yet in the next shot he is walking and leaning towards the dog.
Continuity mistake: When Balian is talking with Tiberius after denying the King's proposal, watch Balian's clothing. His chain mail is visible on both sides of his shoulders in one shot; we cut to Tiberius for one line (I believe it was, "Jerusalem has no need for a perfect knight") and when we cut back to Balian, his cloak is now covering the chain mail completely.
Continuity mistake: When Franks Audi does the big jump from the top of the car park, it lands and you can see the front of the car get damaged, yet in later shots the damage has gone.
Continuity mistake: When Boss Hogg is at the rally, he is speaking into a microphone. Between every shot of him talking, the black microphone cord is in a different position. It is very noticeable. (01:20:50)
Continuity mistake: When Nancy is dancing, she is alternately wearing/not wearing gloves between shots.
Continuity mistake: When Bruce is thrown off the truck when released from prison, you can see his bag in the background as he rolls at least 5 feet away to his right. When the angle changes and he's getting up, the bag is right in front of him, if not slightly to his left. (00:05:50)
Continuity mistake: When the cast are at the Miranda colony and discover that everyone is dead, there is a rotating shot of River as she realises what happened. Prior to this there is a brief closeup shot of the rest of the cast as they turn to face her. Jayne turns to his right, but in the following rotating shot of River he has turned from his left. Continuity mistake: The chain saw on the block of ice switches ice blocks more than once.
Continuity mistake: After Danny gets mad at Walter for catching the ball that his Dad threw for him, he throws his glove down on the floor and runs inside. In the next shot the glove is in a different location.
