Other mistake: In all scenes where the submarine is running on the surface the surface search radar is rotating CCW (viewed from above). All surface search radars rotate CW.
Other mistake: John explains to his friend Ed that, within the last two weeks since the accident, Mary has undergone brain surgery to remove the tumor in her right temporal lobe and that she is undergoing chemotherapy. This surgery alone would necessitate shaving at least half of Mary's head, and the chemotherapy would prevent her hair from growing out again for months. But, in the immediate next scene, we see John at Mary's side as she recovers in the hospital, and her red hair with natural hairline is as full and lush as in the beginning of the film.
Other mistake: When Arnold throws The Wolf's wife into the electrical gate equipment and she is killed, they begin to fight. The Wolf beats Arnold repeatedly then takes out his Motorola cell phone to place a call to set off another bomb. When he pulls the phone from his pocket there is no signal (indicated by red light on phone). A few minutes later Arnold leans over, picks up the phone, and sees that all The Wolf had to do was press the phone button to send the call. So, do you suppose he saw that there were no signal bars on the display, like we did? (01:41:49)
Other mistake: Several times during the film Captain Ramey's police badge is displayed on his belt and it is a NYPD Detective's badge, not a NYPD Captain's badge. The two badges look very different, so they are easy to tell apart. (00:35:10)
Other mistake: In the scene where Stallone's partner is driving him to the detox center, you first see the truck with tyre chains on only the rear wheels. Half a minute down the road they are on all four tyres.
Other mistake: The "age" mistake recently submitted showed the inconsistency in time with regard to Jake's age. That wasn't a mistake: the movie was made in 1999-2000, release was delayed due to 9/11/2001, and the CIA book had slots for 2003 but no entries.
Other mistake: When May is sewing the red blouse for her coffee shop meeting with Adam, the presser foot of her sewing machine is not down. (00:10:20)
Other mistake: The tape recorder in the last shot reads 'HI LO MIC SENSTIVITY', instead of sensitivity. (01:39:00)
Other mistake: At the end of the film when Samuel L Jackson's character is standing looking across at his family, it is raining on his side but not on the other side of the road.
Other mistake: After Jason rams the man through the railing at the top of the stairs, he puts in a new clip. As he falls through the air, he shoots the other guard once. Then, he puts in a new clip when he rises after the fall. After one shot?
Other mistake: When Al Pacino is supposedly dead, on the left side of his neck ( to our right ) his pulse can still be seen slightly.
Other mistake: The extras used as a live audience for the first "episodes" of "The Dating game" are the same used seconds before as an audience in the cinema scene where Chuck and Penny are kissing.
Other mistake: This occurs during the scene where the group has just rescued the colonel. Before Mrs. Paley makes her appearance, the others notice the panel opening, and make movements, but they don't make sense. We'll call the side where the colonel was the north. Sasha is in the southwest corner, and Max is near her. Simon and Jerry are both at the north wall. When the sound of the door opening is heard, Max looks to the west. Simon is kind of in a strange position, but looks correctly to the north, where Mrs. Paley comes from. Simon and Jerry both knew where to look before the door opened, so it's reasonable to assume that it's easy to tell which door is opening, so Max shouldn't have looked at any other door.
Other mistake: The Blazer was only hit twice by the baseball bat, once on the right front fender, and once on the grille, but it sustained a massive amount of damage. Also, when the infected guy was inside, throwing up blood, you could see that the windshield was cracked in several spots, but it was never hit.
Other mistake: Jeffrey gets pulled over by a cop. He shows his license to the cop and the date of birth is the late 1990s, but he was a young boy in the 70s.
Other mistake: When the rich kid with the fancy sports car is trying to get Lisa into his car outside school, watch the speed of passing objects when the camera is on the guy. The objects are moving past at at least twice the speed that Lisa is walking. (00:52:20)
Other mistake: The skull they used for the little girl in the well is obviously an adult's skull.
Other mistake: Ferriman says he can only mark someone if they do something sinful first. Dodge shouldn't have been marked as he technically shot Ferriman in self-defense, which isn't considered a sin, but near the end Epps sees her dead crewmates and Dodge is also shown as well as marked.
Suggested correction: It was implied that if they sinned in their life they could be marked not immediately before death. That is also why the demon explained that he couldn't mark Katie because she never committed any sins.
Other mistake: On Caroline's uniform, you see the American flag patch on her right arm (I think it's her right anyway). The flag is backwards. Flag patches worn by military and government officials always has the stars in the front with the stripes following.
Other mistake: She's holding a Beretta M1951 9mm single action semi-automatic handgun equipped with a suppressor. She takes a shot, and the hammer is full forward. For the gun to fire the hammer has to be all the way to the rear, and after it's fired, the slide would eject the spent cartridge and grab a new one and the hammer would be to the rear. It's not a cowboy revolver where the hammer has to be cocked every time to fire. (00:54:00)
