Plot hole: The dead young girl who wears white has hemophilia (uncontrollable bleeding), and her mother states that she's scared of all sharp metal objects (scissors, etc.), yet she goes to play in an old abandoned steel mill all the time.
Factual error: The movie takes place in New York City, yet a sign on the ice cream store where the mother works says "Take Away." I know they call it "take away" in Britain and Ireland, but in New York it is called "take out." The movie was filmed in New York and Ireland, so that shot was probably filmed in Ireland. (00:09:45)
Factual error: After Berry and one of the Country Bears get in the bus to find the others, they show a scene with the bus going along a road and Berry leans out the window. Here you can see the side of the bus is spick 'n' span clean. Then, later, the bus is as dirty as it was when it left the shack, very noticeable at the start of the carwash scene.
Visible crew/equipment: When Amber Leighton and Giuseppe Esposito are stranded in the dinghy in the middle of the ocean, they show them from far off in the middle of the ocean, but when they move in for a close up you can clearly see the pier that the cameras are filming on, towards the bottom of the screen.
Continuity mistake: When Joe is leaving the dinner party after talking to the grief counselor, he puts on his jacket and the collar of his sweater is flat underneath it. The camera cuts away and when you see him again his collar is standing up closer to his neck. Then the camera cuts away and his collar is flat under his jacket when it comes back to him again.
Continuity mistake: In the last shot of Day-Day in bed with two girls, his hat falls off, then is back on, between shots.

Visible crew/equipment: In the scene where Banderas knocks at the hotel door of Romeyn, you see the camera crew reflected in her sunglasses. (00:56:16)
Revealing mistake: Near the end when Gregory is threatening to cut out Ricky's eye with the sharp cutting knife, look at the tip. It's rounded so it doesn't cut Ricky while it's pressed into his socket. An experienced man like Gregory would never leave it that dull.
Continuity mistake: When Carmela comes to Pero's place and surprises the gang he greets her trying to act cool, leaning against the wall with his arm up. There's a brief shot of Carmela where we also see a bit of Pero who is not moving at all, then the camera is back on Pero and he raises his arm again. (00:55:15)
Factual error: When the soldiers are bombing the camp site they only use grenade launchers and the explosions are huge, far too large for one grenade.
