Continuity mistake: Before Bonnie's operation to remove her scars they can be seen across her back and down one arm, yet in at least two scenes before the operation she is seen wearing sleeveless or very short sleeved tops with no scars visible.
Revealing mistake: When WD-40 is parachuting onto the island at the beginning, he throws a match through his parachute. As the shot changes, you can clearly see the smoke canister that was producing the effect of the parachute being on fire, swinging from beneath the canopy.
Continuity mistake: Liam Neeson pulls his jeep over on the side of the road, he and his son get out. Blinker is on. They walk around and talk for a little bit, and all the sudden the blinker's off.
Continuity mistake: When we first see Daniel in the taxi and the guy jumps in the back, when Daniel removes the steering wheel from the car the armrest has all four electric window switches present but when he changes the wheel whilst driving with Emilien in the back for the first time, the armrest only has one switch meaning a right hand drive modified car was used in motion shots. Hard to spot but its there.
Factual error: When The Oneders are recording their song with Uncle Bob, there is an In-N-Out cup sitting by the recording equipment. There are no In-N-Out restaurants in PA.
Continuity mistake: As the Doctor is being put to sleep, he lies on the operating table which has no pillow for his head. When Salinger uses the defibrillator on the Doctor, he has a blue pillow cushioning his head.
Other mistake: Carolyn Stilton shoots Blondie O'Hara in the head and is lying dead over her dead husband. Just before the final scene starts she begins to open her eye.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Alec Baldwin and Demi Moore are in the car and he's threatening to run over her son, who is riding a bike in front of them, Alec swerves at the last minute, and Demi looks over her right shoulder and collapses in relief, but in the next shot, she's looking over her left shoulder, collapsed in relief. Continuity mistake: Right after Clooney picks the kids up from pre-school. It was superhero day, so the kids are dressed in homemade costumes. If you watch the little girl, she changes back and forth between superhero and little girl within the blink of an eye.
Factual error: When the boys have a night on the town with a bunch of eager Dutch girls, the girls somehow forget their native tongue and start to chatter in Danish.
Continuity mistake: In the scene when Jerry arrives at the top star's house to make sure he's still staying with him, he arrives in an Eagle Vision car, but later leaves in a Pontiac Grand Prix.
Revealing mistake: When Tisean has just died and Stoney is getting out the car, Tisean is still breathing.
Continuity mistake: When Renton goes home with Diane, after they finish having sex, she tells him to get out and leave the room. As Renton sits up, it's very obvious that he's not wearing any protection. Not thirty seconds later, he peels off his condom in the hallway.
Continuity mistake: During the press conference at the U.S. Open where Roy begins to list the companies who are sponsoring him, he says that one of them is "Woody's Smokehouse" when the patch on his jacket says "Wally's Smokehouse".
Continuity mistake: John Smith's guns can hold about six dozen bullets apiece.
Continuity mistake: When John Travolta is showing the young boy how to tighten the air filter top, he makes sure the boy gives the wing nut an extra twist. Next he notices a car coming up the road and he leaves. When the FBI agent comes over and looks inside the hood of the truck, the air filter top is again off, the air filter is out and the carburetor is exposed.
Continuity mistake: When William Petersen is on a cordless phone at work, he says "the guy gives me the creeps and the girl is my daughter." As he does, the phone cord appears, and the phone's position changes as he hangs it up.
Visible crew/equipment: Outside the chapel, when Frank backs into the pedestal the statue begins to topple over. In the shot facing up, as the pedestal falls and Frank puts his arms out to catch the statue, the wires used in this stunt are perfectly visible. (01:35:05)
Continuity mistake: In the final battle scene between Geena Davis and Craig Beirko, Beirko's character slashes Davis' character across the stomach (upper right hand side). In the next shot, the wound is located on the lower left side and in a subsequent shot, the wound has multiplied to become two wounds: one in the upper right hand side and a second in the lower left hand side.
Continuity mistake: When Campbell and Cole are inside the Chinese herbal-like shop, the woman behind the counter offers Campbell a drink. When he goes to drink it he holds the cup with two hands but in the following shot he's holding it with only his right hand. (00:14:05)
