Revealing mistake: During the scene where Arnold's character is escaping from the mansion at the beginning of the movie, there is a part where he is running down a snowy hill through trees. At one point during the hill scene, Arnold does a flip head first. When he lands the flip, you can clearly see the stunt double's face as he turns to shoot at more bad guys. (00:13:30)
Revealing mistake: In the fight between Julie and Ned, when she does the last kick to take him down, it's obvious that she doesn't actually kick him.
Revealing mistake: When Draven sends T-bird to his death in his car, the real Ford Thunderbird is replaced by a fake mockup using a flimsy one-piece fiberglass body mounted on a pair of straight axles. When it explodes, the body lifts off in one piece, warping wildly while the front axle simply falls away. No proper car components like engine, transmission, suspension and so on, are seen anywhere, though they should be. (00:57:05)

Revealing mistake: When the killer is up in the radio tower, he tries to force the man up the ladder. He brandished a revolver and you can hear the hammer being cocked back. It shows the revolver more and you can see the hammer is still down.
Revealing mistake: While Noro, a member of a shoeless society, is doing his uphill training you get a glimpse of his shoes, in spite of all efforts to hide his feet in the grass. (00:53:30)
Revealing mistake: In several scenes, it is obvious that the animal actor playing Bagheera is actually a black jaguar. For example, the jaguar is larger and heavier than the leopard/panther. The scene where Bagheera tackles a poacher, he is much to large and heavy to be a leopard/panther.
Revealing mistake: When Amy comes back home from Europe she gives her parents one of her paintings as a gift. It is wrapped in lace, but in the close-up of the unwrapping, when the ribbon is removed, you see that the lace is only on top, covering the painting, not wrapped around as it's supposed to be. Her head was animated but not the rest of her body (which remains in a sitting position) so her neck appears to stretch a few feet to reach Simba.

Revealing mistake: During the bison shooting scene, a bison goes down close to the camera and both horns jiggle like they're about to fall off. Looks quite fake.
