Revealing mistake: When Jack Ryan goes to Ernesto Escabeda's residence and asks to see Ernesto, as he is led up to the house we see his two companions on a roof top ledge watching through binoculars and one of them says "He's in", if you look at that shot closely the suppressor on the mp5 laying next to the sniper is fitted at a decidedly wonky looking angle.
Revealing mistake: When the team are heading back to base and we see the skyline for the first time, it's obviously a painting projected onto a blue screen. You can see the line where the set and the screen meet. There is also a white line running across the bottom of the screen. (00:24:50)

When it explodes, the body lifts off in one piece, warping wildly while the front axle simply falls away. Revealing mistake: As Mary, Sam, Jarvis and Andrew are speeding away from the TV station, one of the boys from the UFO crashes his bike head first into the car. This causes the boy to crash through the window. When he does this the window shatters like a plate glass window instead of the safety glass that is a standard to be used for vehicle windshields.
Revealing mistake: When the glove comes up the car seat and into Porter's chest, there are lights from buildings out the side window, so the car isn't moving at all. When it cuts, there's suddenly a hill where the lights should be and now the car is moving again. (00:29:30)
Revealing mistake: When the killer is up in the radio tower, he tries to force the man up the ladder. He brandished a revolver and you can hear the hammer being cocked back. It shows the revolver more and you can see the hammer is still down.
Revealing mistake: When Gail throws a stone to make it bounce on the water you see in slow motion that she fakes the throw with an empty hand, and only in the next shot do you actually see the stone bouncing. (00:27:25)

Revealing mistake: In several scenes, it is obvious that the animal actor playing Bagheera is actually a black jaguar. For example, the jaguar is larger and heavier than the leopard/panther. The scene where Bagheera tackles a poacher, he is much to large and heavy to be a leopard/panther.
