Continuity mistake: In the scene at the bar with Gideon when the black guy pours Gideon a drink it is only about 1/3 full. When Gideon drinks it in the next shot it is almost full.
Continuity mistake: When Stanley is in jail, he put toilet papers on the toilet seat. But a few seconds later the toilet paper is not on the toilet. (01:10:35 - 01:13:10)
Continuity mistake: In the scene at the apartment with Brett, Vincent closes the briefcase and leaves it on the kitchen counter. He continues to smoke until it's almost time to shoot Brett. They shoot Brett and the scene fades out to be continued later. Later we see that after shooting Brett, Vincent is focused on Marvin still in the corner having a panic attack. Jules tells Marvin to knock it off and the man comes out of the bathroom. Jules and Vincent shoot him, then Vincent chides Marvin for not telling them there was someone in the bathroom. Vincent only has his gun in his hand, no briefcase. Jules and Vincent argue about 'the miracle' and they leave. Marvin never leaves the corner until Jules tells him 'let's go'. Continuity mistake: In the movie Christie Swanson drives a BMW 3 series coupe. In the scene where they were making love the car suddenly changes to a four door model then back to a two door. (00:06:10)

Continuity mistake: Towards the end of the movie when Chaz and the band are rebelling on stage and wrecking all the equipment, there are a few shots where you can clearly see that Brendan Fraser is only pretending to smash his guitar. (01:26:20)
Continuity mistake: When Brooks has the knife to Heywood's throat, in one shot there is blood visible on his neck, yet in the next shot the blood is gone. (00:54:15)
Suggested correction: It was always there. But in the 3rd of 4 scenes it was significantly more visible as a bright red streak. The other 3 times it's a dark red dot near the knife point.
Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the wedding day scene when Mallory is throwing the red doll off the bridge, her nails are long and manicured, but later in the same scene you can see that they are bitten down to the quick. (00:19:55 - 00:21:50)
Continuity mistake: When Frank is going to look for a disguise he drives into a parking meter. The way the parking meter lies on the hood of the car changes between shots. (00:18:20)
Continuity mistake: After Leon rescues Mathilda from the SWAT team and dodges the snipers, he shoots out a ventilation fan to make an escape route. He gets off two shots before we see the vent, but when it does we see about 7 bullet holes around the vent. Then the camera goes back to Leon as he continues firing. When the camera switches back, the holes around the vent are different. (01:27:05)
Continuity mistake: Just before Axel uncovers the printing press, the woman puts the map in the oky dokey suit, not his shirt. When he gets out of the suit, he does not pick up the map piece. In the vent he pulls the map out of his pocket, but how did the map piece get from the elephant suit to his pocket without him picking the piece up?
Continuity mistake: During the trial when Beverly is cross-examining Mrs. Ackerman, her neighbor, she asks if those were her scissors found sticking out of Mrs. Sterner's stomach. That's not where the scissors should have been found. After stabbing Mrs. Sterner with the scissors, Beverly pulled them out and threw them at the husband twice, both times they ended up sticking in the walls, and that is where the scissors would have been found when the police arrived.
Continuity mistake: In the scene when Rudy is holding a colt python to the hotel owners nose, in the next shot, the gun suddenly changes to a smith and wesson revolver.
Continuity mistake: When Shame points his gun to Luis when they are under the Skinhead meeting place, the camera angle from the front shows the gun resting on his forehead, but the camera angle from the rear show the gun resting on the side of his head. Happens twice during the scene.
Continuity mistake: In the Baskin-Robbins scene, Tim's ice cream dish goes from full to empty to full again. His spoon changes positions as well.
Continuity mistake: When Lloyd's mother is tied to the chair, the red ribbon changes between shots. When viewed from the front, there are three wraps closely spaced near her shoulders. When seen in the close-up from behind, only one wrap is visible but there is a big space below it where the next wrap should have been.
Continuity mistake: When the group is arriving in Moscow the plane shown during the landing is an Ilyushin Il-62, with four engines on the tail. When they exit the plane and are greeted, you can see an engine under the wing of the plane.
Continuity mistake: During the final basketball game, when Shep makes a finger roll for a layup, his jersey and 15 are backwards.
Continuity mistake: Before Linda Fiorentino leaves with the money, she starts writing a note to her husband. However, by taking a closer look we can see that the note has already been written for her and she's just re-writing over it.
Continuity mistake: When Juliet drops the gem, Pauline then points it out and we see a shot of it. Then we see a second shot of it, as Honora picks it up. Between the two shots the position of leaves and twigs around the gem changes. (01:42:40)
